I am torn between 3 and 4 stars… I ordered from here for the first time and as soon as I got home with the food and opened the boxes, I was sad. They cut a round pizza into squares.Stop. Doing. That. No one likes a pizza that is all jacked up with slices of all sizes… So I was ready not to like this pizza… but it was good! The sauce was great, garlicky and not overly sweet– very well balanced. The cheese was stringy and greasy just like it should be… crisp well cooked pepperoni finished it off. The dough was good too, maybe NOT the best eveeeer because it was slightly tough but it was cooked well(some places leave it doughy and undercooked)… The pizza gets 4 stars. Chicken wings get 3 stars. They certainly were huge – which is usually their downfall. They were soggy, very soggy and they weren’t even overly sauced. They also use a prepackaged blue cheese sauce and don’t include celery. That all being I will definitely keep this in my pizza craving rotation.

When you see the terms«chicken» and«pizza» together in Buffalo, you naturally think of chicken wings and pizza. And you would not be wrong in a sense about Chick-N-Pizza. They sells wings, and they sell pizza. And they may be good. I do not know because we focused on the chicken dinners and chicken sandwiches. Outstanding! If you have ever had broasted chicken in the Amis restaurants in Ohio, in Lancaster, PA, or at the Country Cupboard in Lewisburg, PA, you know how juicy and flavorful it can be. Such is the fried chicken dinners, which come in your choice of numbers of pieces. The fries are steak fries, nothing special but decent. The meal has a choice of sides, such as baked beans, cole slaw, and the fries. Also with the meal is an excellent Costanzo’s roll from the bakery a mile away. The fried chicken sandwich may not be the same as the one you find at Chick Fil-A, but it is still very close. A nice piece of juicy and flavorful meat, not a fake chicken patty, and it also comes on a Costanzo roll. The restaurant offers an array of sandwiches and chicken meals, such as a 10 piece chicken special with several side orders for $ 25. Not a bad deal at all. If you want your fried chicken fix, this is the place to satisfy it.

Since moving to WNY, this is one if the best pizza-wing joints around. The service, whether delivery, pick up or dine in, has been great! The Pizza is not the best but everything else on the menu makes up for it! I love there garlic bread, steak fries and build your own combos.

If I’m in need of some female company, and I am also hungry, it makes sense I’d go to Chick-N-Pizza works, right? No, not really. This was part of my five-slice tour of the Cheektowaga/Depew area, and it was by far my least favourite slice. It didn’t really taste fresh and it just wasn’t up to the very high standard of Buffalo Pizza, although by some cities’ standards, this would be excellent Pizza indeed. There’s another one too, down near Jacobi’s where Bailey and Abbott meet. Just because it’s one of my least fave slices in town doesn’t mean it will be bad to you, so give it a try! Buffalo actually has the best Pizza in the world — it’s not quite like New York’s, and not quite like Chicago’s, it’s an entity unto itself and it’s the best I’ve ever had. This place isn’t really a good example of just how good it can be. Instead, I recommend trying Wise Guys(Hertel), Mattina’s(Sheridan in W-ville), Molinara’s(Sheridan in Tonawanda), Imperial(the best in WNY), Francos(Eggert location in Amherst), and Yogi’s(Akron). The last one is more Brick-Oven style than typical Buffalo style, but all are better-than-sex slices.
