Effortless work, burned food and poor customer service, showing poor customer/​client interaction by delivering a low quality in food knowingly that they wouldn’t even eat the food that they are serving to others themselves. Disappointed with the treatment I received.

After shopping at Parkway Plaza Shopping Center we wanted a quick snack so we decided to stop at this McDonald’s.
We ended up ordering through their drive-​thru where we were greeted by their polite staff who quickly took our order. The food was done quickly, but when we got out burgers they were greasy, sloppy, and a mess to eat. It was tough to eat them on the go which was a drag, but again the staff was great.
In the end, not the worst McDonald’s we have been to but it would have been better if the food wasn’t so sloppy.

This is a new McDonald’s located in the Parkway Plaza near Home Depot. It’s a nice layout inside with 2 fireplaces, 3 plasmas on the walls and potted plants. The seating is arranged around the fireplaces in the center and there are two walls with large windows and abundant natural light.
Service was polite but the McCafe tasted burnt and needed to be sent back. They’re probably just working out the kinks. Anyway, it’s nice for a McD’s.
