Big burger in the Southeast hands down without going to some gourmet fancy schmancy restaurant. Just dropped in, no expectation just wanted a bite to eat after walking around town. Was blown away by how perfect the burger and fries were. The fiancé and I plan to go back in the summer/spring season. Get the #1 combo on menu its is incredible!!!
Service was on point. Courteous and quick. And gracious when I heap my praise on them. Great people.

Passing through Cherokee after hiking all day lucked up on this gem. There used to a wise guys in Hickory, N.C. After chatting with the manager we found out it’s the same place. We tried the wings, burger and a slice of pizza. The wings are great by any standards. The burger was fresh and the best in the area by far. Pizza was great as well. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I have a new favorite place when hiking the smokies now.

Great local restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean. I always look for the sanitation rating when eating away from home. This place had a perfect 100%. We both ordered the black and blue hamburger. It was wonderful! The flavor of the beef was spectacular. The burger was perfectly cooked. We can’t wait to go back and try the stromboli. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Love the pizza, almost a NY pizza! Friendly service, I also had the mushroom Swiss burger and seasoned fries. Very tasty. A great selection and priced well. Cooked to order. A hidden gem in the mountains.

Seriously, I agree that this is the best pizza in Cherokee. Best pizza I’ve had anywhere in a long time. And only $ 11 for a large pepperoni!!! The interior isn’t much to look at but the food MORE than makes up for it!

Best pizza in Cherokee. Always skeptical of most restaurants in Cherokee but this place exceeded expectations. The guy that runs the place must be the owner because he took pride in making a delicious pizza for us. Didn’t try the burgers but folks next to us ordered a tableful. They looked great.

Not sure how to review this. We were drawn to this place by a Unilocal review of this business and a hamburger place in the same location. Burger was billed as the best in Cherokee. As it turned out, the place had only one patty left so only one burger was ordered. My son says it was ok. I had a chicken sandwich which was ok as well. The other 2 in our party had pizza and said it was good. So if you go, get the pizza!

The food was good; nothing fancy, but tasty. The two owners, who are brothers, are very friendly and they are great guys. The prices are low and there are specials on pizza, burgers and sandwiches. My husband really liked his burger. He liked it so much he wants to come back on our next trip to Cherokee.

Fabulous! We were not sure about going in because the place was empty, but it turned out to be the best food we had on our Spring Break trip this week! The kids (age 7 & 5) had pizza and a hot dog. They use Nathan’s hot dogs & it was huge! The pizza was great as well. My husband & I ordered from the other side of the restaurant, which is called Cherokee Fire Grill. He had a double cheeseburger & I had the bacon cheeseburger. Top quality! All fresh products. And the french fries were awesome. The whole family ate for $ 22!!! And we each walked out of there STUFFED!

Amazing food and service! We’ve only had the pizza here, but plan on trying the entire menu! Most chain pizzerias are ‘dime a dozen’. Theres nothing ‘average’ about this place. THIS local pizzeria is THE place to get your pizza in Cherokee! We travel often to ski Cat through the season but never knew this little gem was there! Simply delicious pizza! Clean, efficient, friendly and has food prices comparable with most other diner style restaurants. :) We will definitely get our pizza HERE on every visit! :)
