It’s strange to find a place that has restaurant-quality burgers at fast food speed, but that’s I found here. They give you plenty of fries for what you pay for. I also enjoy the staff. Would come here again!

The burgers here are phenomenal, best I’ve ever had. The Bobby Blue Burger is my all time favorite, but the rest are also awesome. This is a great place to eat, friendly staff, quick service, what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it!

Food is always great. Love the turkey burger and sweet potato fries and hubby loves the Palace Classic and regular fries. But WHEN are you going to install touch screen self-service ordering? One slow cashier just ain’t cutting it anymore.

2.5 stars, but I’ll round up this time. They don’t dedicate much effort towards keeping the place clean, and all the seats are not only dirty but also really worn out. There were open seats, but I didn’t want to sit in any of them; so my friend and I reluctantly took the«least dirtiest» seats. Bummer. In addition, it took a long while for the food to come out(two salads??) even though it was after peak lunch hours. Food was solid as always, but a little bit of upkeep can go a long way. Overall, I’ve been to better BBP’s.

A pretty terrific burger indeed. I was referred to the palace by a burger loving co-worker and very impressed. Instead of opting for a specialty burger, I went with the original crunch burger, which is literally potato chips, cheese, and burger patty on a sesame seed bun. It was very good, but I would order something with more toppings when I return. The burger was cooked just the way I like it and the fries were delicious as well, very fresh. This is only the third or fourth celebrity chef restaurant/eatery that I’ve been to, and definitely lived up to the hype, which is in stark contrast to the others. Service was excellent as well. Parking was oddly difficult for a place connected to a mall. I guess it was just packed.

So I came here for lunch on a Tuesday and was a little shocked at the line which was about 8 – 10 deep. I thought, ok, maybe this is a good sign and it just means the place is really popular because it’s really good. Turns out, there was only one cashier there and the line was long because the cashier was just pretty slow. So I order, am given a number and sit down to wait for my burger… and then waited some more… and then waited some more. When it became clear that I was not going to get my burger in time for me to eat it before my lunch break was over, I went up to the counter and asked for it to be changed to a to go order. The one server agreed and once it was ready, packaged it up for me. I then had to wait for this person to come back so that I could ask for some ketchup with my burger. I was super bummed I couldn’t eat there as they have about 5 different condiment choices and I really wanted to try them. When I finally got my Bobby’s Blue burger back to work, it was actually delicious. I kind of wanted to hate it because of the ridiculous wait and inconvenience, but it was very tasty, cooked perfectly, and the cheese was good. I did get it crunchified, but taking it to go killed any crunch the chips originally had. I would go back, but only if I had ordered it to be ready for pick up, or had more time than my hour lunch break allows. My only real gripe with them is that it took sooooooo long for me to get through the line and for my burger to be made on a day when it was only moderately busy.

Loved it, great value and overall experience, we will be back. We used to enjoy going there, the last time we went the service was not the greatest, waited for food that came cold. This time I will give it a 4 why not well deserved

First time visiting this location and I was happily impressed after visiting the Mohegan Sun Casino location in Connecticut a couple times. The cashier was friendly, service was quick, food was tasty as always and honestly the only downfall is no spiked milkshakes or beer at this location but hey it doesn’t make it or break it I’m still a fan no matter what easily 5 stars for price, quality and service. Thank you Bobby Flay another great burger spot.

Bobby’s makes dead seriously the second best burger I’ve had. Don’t worry about what the first one is. Just be cool with going here. I’m not telling you.

I saw Bobby’s Burger Palace as we were parking our car to go into the mall and basically dragged my husband in. We both ordered the Dallas burger which was spice crusted with cole slaw, pickles, cheese, and barbecue sauce. We decided to split an order of half onion rings and half fries. When the burgers came out they were smaller than what we had expected due to their price, but the meat was great and the flavor of everything together was fantastic. The one thing I was a little disappointed about was it was in no way«half onion rings, half french fries», we got what looked like a pretty full order of french fries with two onion rings on top of it. It was good because we each got an onion, but kind of disappointed because they were really good and I would have loved to have had more than one. The chipotle mayonnaise that came with the fries and onion rings was out of this world. Oh my gosh, had I known it was so good I probably would have slathered it all over my burger! I would happily return!

Pleasantly surprised. I had the LA burger(cheddar, watercress, avocado relish, tomato) and subbed a turkey burger for the standard beef. I also shared sweet potato fries and regular potato fries with my dining buddies. The sweet potato fries were great and the honey mustard sauce had a nice kick. The turkey burger was very juicy and seasoned well, though I’m not sure why the term avocado relish was used… It was merely chopped avocado. Overall, I will return!

Great for a lunch spot. I like to come to take a break from work. I usually get the Dallas burger. This is a once a month spot for me.

I had been a few times before where I was not convinced the food was up to par. However, the managers at BBP contacted me and enticed me to try again. When I went, they did not let the workers or cooks know anything was up, so we got an unbiased presentation. It was good! Of course the milkshakes rocked as usual, but this time the burgers and fries were cooked properly which had been my beef on previous visits. Thanks for helping me reconsider BBP managers, kudos to you and your staff on making this experience better than my last.

I like the mango milkshake. but it seems every time I come here and order a burger well done, I leave and I am extremely sick. So much so it makes me terrified to even try again after this happening twice. The fires are good, and I like the set up and seating arrangements.

My parents saw this place and OHWEHAVETOGO. Fine, whatever. Hungry, will overlook my disdain for Bobby Flay for food. I am still mad I liked my burger so much. They all run ~$ 8 a piece and as per usual if you go to a lot of ~fancy~ burger places, everything’s a la carte. We ended up just getting one order of fries for the three of us which worked out just fine because I could have been in a food coma from the burger alone. I figured I was going to have to give up my «I hope this sucks» when I saw I could order a medium rare burger, like it’s straight up on there welcoming me to deliciousness. I easily decided I was going to have the brunch burger: bacon, fried egg, and American cheese. IT. WAS. AWESOME. Like, for once a fried egg is cooked perfectly to just squash that yolk and get it all over everything under that bun. YAAAAAAS. And the burger was cooked perfectly too. And it was so big. And I ate every bite. I still think you’re a jerk, Bobby Flay, but you can make me burgers if a place you’re not even actively associated with outside your name can do that.

I forget which type of burger I had but I think it was the Carolina burger or something like that idk, don’t get me lying. It was delicious and packed with bursting BBQ flavor and slaw. 2 things I wish were different, 1– no a la carte fries, it should come as a platter with the burger and 2– my burger was a little on the salty side but it was still tasty. I love Bobby Flay so I refuse to say anything bad about this burger joint lol.

So disappointed! We have been to previous locations and have had better food and service. Our order was entered incorrectly at the beginning and we had to have it corrected and still our order came out incorrect. The onion rings are different than previous — breaded and not crispy — actually soft and soggy. My fries were also cold and soggy. I got a grilled chicken sandwich which was overcooked and rubbery. My husband said his burger tasted frozen and pre-made. The Pistachio milkshakes are tasty though and we like that they have Coke Zero which isn’t always available. I like the choice of sauces especially the burger sauce. There was not a lot of seating available. It appeared they had a young guy applying for a job but was friends with all current employees that kept going over to him and he was taking up 2 chairs — That’s just not professional — management should’ve made him move.

Having been to the location at Mohegan Sun, I knew what to expect. Initially I was thinking about going to the University City Philadelphia location the day before for lunch, but opted for a cheesesteak at Pat’s instead(reviewed separately). The Cherry Hill location actually worked out a bit better for me since I was driving home and it was on the way, so I stopped by for lunch around 1:30pm on a Sunday. This time I tried the Bobby Blue($ 7.95) — Angus burger, lettuce, tomato, bacon and blue cheese. I’m not really into tomatoes so they gladly omitted it on my request. Since I didn’t have the first burger I tried«crunchified» I did this time around. The chips added an interesting«extra» to the burger. Also ordered some fries and a fountain drink. The total comes to around $ 16. I ate in so I was given a number and looked for a seat. The food came out in less than 10 minutes. It didn’t disappoint. Bobby Flay has got it right with this joint!

I’m not a GIANT fan of «adult-style» cafeteria seating(it can be very stressful for groups), but my party of 4 and I found a spot very easily here. I got the Crunchburger with their avocado sauce on the side, and it was mouth-wateringly good. The«medium» is perfect — a little on the rarer side, so if you like your burgers rare a medium here is probably the way to go. Would totally go again. Tip: If you want ice tea they don’t have it at the soda fountain — you need to get it at the cashier.

The GF and I were in Cherry Hill to do some shopping. Having never had the chance to venture to the UCity Bobby’s Burger Palace, I was excited to see another outpost in the Cherry Hill Mall. There’s a retro-chique American vibe at Bobby’s Burger Palace, with friendly servers and quick service. Alas, at this Cherry Hill location, there is no alcohol served. So while the milkshakes are in virgin territory, the food was what I was more interested in. After ordering, you’re given a number to set on your table so the servers can bring the food to you. Fountain sodas are to the back — they even have Fresca! There’s a condiment caddy containing jalapeño, chipotle ketchup, and Bobby’s Burger sauce. The latter is similar to Bobby’s steak sauce at Bobby Flay Steak, without as much horseradish. Philadelphia [$ 7.95] Angus burger, provolone, griddle onions, hot peppers You get to crunchify all of the burgers for free — so why not? The addition of potato chips is so Americana and provides some extra texture in each bite. Ordered medium-rare, this came out perfectly, with a salty crust on the beef. The provolone and griddled onions showcased the Philadelphia cheesesteak taste just right. The addition of hot peppers helped to add some brightness and acidity. Bobby Blue [$ 7.95] Angus burger, blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato The GF got the Bobby Blue, which provided a hefty bite of funky blue, crisp bacon, and juicy beef. The sesame-seeded bun housed it all quite well. The pickle helped to offset the savory richness of each burger bite. Griddled Pimento Cheese & Bacon [$ 7.50] Pimento cheese, bacon, tomato I had to try their pimento grilled cheese — which was just as spectacular. We’re talking about simple white bread here, but it’s buttered and griddled nicely. The spicy pimento cheese finished on the tip of the tongue. The heft of the bacon and the acidity of the tomato balanced each other nicely. Half & Half [$ 4.50] French fries, beer-battered onion rings We got a side of half french fries and half onion rings. The beer-battered onion rings had nice maltiness, but unfortunately wasn’t as crunchy as I would have preferred. The fries were crunchy and well-seasoned however. So if you’re shopping in Cherry Hill, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop by Bobby’s Burger Palace. The service is great — in fact, the manager stopped by multiple tables to make sure everyone’s meal was great. It’s not elevated cuisine by any means, but that’s not the intent. It’s good ol’ American comfort food — delicious and well-executed.
