Wendy’s

Went through the drive through and the service was quick and the food was good. Needed to go inside before leaving the premises and was amazed at the remodel. They are leaving BK and McD in the dust. Looks more like a fast casual place like a Chipotle.

Drive-​thru experiences have been terrible here. My order is always wrong… and the wait takes forever. We stopped going here about 5 months ago already. 2 stars because once we ordered inside for takeout and the cashier was polite and helpful.

Went to the drive threw for lunch. I opened my drink to get the ice and I found a long red hair in my drink. I have black hair and I don’t know where this hair came from. I’m so disgusted and will not be going back. I did get a refund but it’s not even about the money. I’m 7 months pregnant and who knows what I’ve been drinking.

Newly renovated with nice outdoor seating. Great location and usually go here late at night for a quick bite when everything else is closed. The staff are efficient and always take my order correctly. This location is in the same plaza as wawa and rite aid.

Food is hit or miss. Lately since renovation has been more of «hit». I work in the same shopping center so I eat there too often. Whenever Marietta is working I can count on great service and great food. Thank goodness for someone who takes pride in their job there. I have had a few cashiers who are so monotone and rude that I want to tell them just to go home if it’s that bad. Thanks Marietta!

I live less than a mile from this Wendy’s and their service is consistently bad. They’re slow and it’s rare that they get an order correct. I like Wendy’s, but I’m done with this one. They’ve had nothing but incompetent employees in the ten years that I’ve been coming here.

I stopped in here in the middle of a tough morning. The staff was polite, let me hang out, charge my phone, and the woman with a European accent is sweet and so refreshingly kind. The place is clean and comfortable and honestly I never go to Wendy’s and only stopped in out of necessity but this staff gets an A+ in my book. So nice to remember people can be still be human beings. The kindness of strangers…

I don’t know what happened, they did a good chicken sandwich and burger up until about a year ago. Since then they have down downhill so fast I am surprised they have not closed the location.
A few months back, I went there later in the evening for a few burgers and fries. When I got home, I took one bite of my burger and had to spit it out, the meat was rotten, dry, and disgusting.
When I called, I was told that the meat was «Most likely ‘Grill Meat’». This was explained to me that it was meat that they left on the grill to add to their chili when they had enough. GRILL MEAT!!! What???
I told the person claiming to be the manager that it was a patty that I bit into, and he then continued to tell me how wrong I was and that I was mistaken. When I offered to take the purchase back, I was told that they were closing and to hold onto them until he was on duty again in a few days.
I had it, I tossed the food and swore never to return — ever!
They have been cutting corners for years, now it is getting to the point of endangering their customers.
I will never return to this location, and I cannot for the life of me see myself eating at any of their other establishments in the area as well.
They threw a valued and repetitive customer under the bus rather than address this issue.

This Wendy’s is ok but watch your CC usage
there. I had mine hijacked there two weeks ago. Think there were some skimmers sitting
in the lobby. So heads up !
The mangers are cool though.

Always check your take out order. The employees that they have working there evidently don’t speak the English language and can never get your order right. It makes no sense on why you have to repeat your order to them when they’re going to get it wrong anyway.

Not much you can say about a chain fast food place. Went in during the evening to grab a quick dinner to go. Service was par, food was as good as fast food can get. I do like Wendy’s but I miss my CA In’N’OUT!
