Don’t think this place will last. In fact, I’m surprised every time I come to this food court and see that it’s still going. I wasn’t crazy about the other options today, so I figured a grilled chicken sandwich was safe. I ordered the #2 combo which was a grilled chicken sandwich with a soda and a side. I asked for mashed potatoes instead of French fries and was told that it would be 50 cents more. Really? The combo was already over priced at $ 8.29 but I didn’t want greasy fries so I said ok. The potatoes usually come with gravy so I asked them to skip the gravy. While waiting for my food, I sat at a table close enough to the place that I heard the two workers chit chatting about a few things. They were being very petty about another coworker talking trash big time. Then the conversation turned to boys and the one girl mention that this boy is cute but he’s a p*ssy. I looked over at them and they saw me but didn’t change their tone. They continued to talk very inappropriately. When I got my food, I walked far enough away that I didn’t have to hear the rest of the trash talk. I opened up my mashed potato container only to discover that they had the skins mixed in. Grrrrr. When you do that, you usually call them smashed potatoes to give people a heads up. I tried to pick out the skins, but it was a lost cause as they were everywhere. The chicken sandwich itself wasn’t bad. Although, be warned, it had a slight peanut flavor, almost like a Thai chicken Satay. I didn’t mind that at all because I like satay, but if you’re allergic to peanuts, you may want to ask them about that. I may be completely wrong about it, but I could have sworn there was something peanut in the mix there. The chicken was also in pieces which kept falling out of the bun with every bite. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I will never go back.

Food was inedible. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were Ice cold and greasy. The sandwich was dry and flavorless. No amount of sauce could rescue it. This is a knock off chick filet or what? Will never try again. As a matter of fact, the entire food court is awful.

I’d love to go 4 or 5 stars with this. Food was awesome. The girl serving me was real polite really nice. Prices were average for mall food court. But my big issue with this place is the menu. They offer a variety of food. But the problem I have they don’t offer combo meals for adults for the chicken tenders or the nuggets. Sides and drinks you have to order separate. That can get a bit pricy. They only seem to have combo meals for the sandwiches and salads. The girl did offer me the kids chicken nuggets w larger drink. They were quite good(and I believe they gave me extra) and I love the spicy grandma sauce. Overall good place to eat but they really need to offer better options for the combo meals

The reason I gave the place only two stars is because of the girl at the counter. Unfortunately they don’t wear name tags and they don’t have the name on the recipe or I would put here name out there. I will start by saying that I am a pretty friendly person when I walk up to you I say hello and how are you doing, this girl barely lifted her head up and if my 3 year old wasn’t hungry I would’ve went somewhere else to eat. As I sat and watched when I was eating my food she was like that with every man that walked up. She was a young girl with long brown hair and glasses. As for the food it was ok it’s what I expected for s food court in the mall. My 3 year old got the chicken nuggets witch was 7.00 $ for 8 nuggets and they charged me an extra .50 cents for a juice box. I got the chicken sandwich meal and that was ok but a little pricey I think, it was 8.29 $. So I’m sorry to say that was my first and last visit to chicken now. If anyone else had had an experience there please tell me DJ I don’t think it’s just me. Thanks

Fabulous chicken sandwich with awesome fries. The deep fried items are different from elsewhere and ultra crispy. It is chickfilla*200

I have never heard of this place until they put one in the cherry hill mall. I was shocklngly surprised. the fod is good. granted I’ve only ever gotten the spicy chicken wrap grilled, that wrap is good! enough to keep me coming back just to get it. and the fires are the perfect combo of crunchy and seasonings. definitely a must try!

Love their chicken tenders and fries! They’re always crispy when ordered and stay that way until finished. Dip everything in the spicy grandma sauce cause its awesome! It gives your food a little kick.

Best chicken tenders and fries ever! So good and flavorful that I’ve stopped ordering tenders from anywhere else because of dryness. Dip it with Spicy Grandma sauce. It’s the bomb! Must stop by here when you’re in the mall!

The sign said it was the world’s best chicken tenders so I had to try it. Needless to say, they weren’t kidding! I believe these are the best chicken tenders I ever had. I usually don’t order tenders because of how dry they are! But these are a must try!!!

Last Sunday, I was at the mall and noticed that there were a ton of people carrying around cups with a chicken head on them and I wondered to myself what that new logo was. I followed the trail to the food court, where I discovered a whole new chicken place that is somewhat like Chick-Fil-A, but with a decidedly more fast-food vibe. Chicken taco bowls, chicken wraps, chicken sandwiches, and chicken nuggets… it’s all there, 7 days a week. I ordered the spicy chicken wrap, which had an interesting corn and jalapeño sauce in it, plus the chicken. It seemed that the sauce more than the chicken was spicy, but that’s all right. I made it a combo so that I could try the fries– I loved the batter on them, which was thick and crunchy. Overall, a great chicken place to order from at the mall!(and this is coming from a girl who still mourns the loss of the original food court, brick-oven pizza place and all)

At Cherry Hill Mall, there are currently only a few options for me and they are Yanagi, Bistro at Cherry Hill, and Chickenow(and sometimes CPK). In the previous two years, it was strictly Yanagi. It wasn’t until I had a sample of Chickenow chicken nuggets with Grandma sauce that I now simply can’t choose between Yanagi and Chickenow when we go to the mall… I try my best to convince the boyfriend that we should get both and share, lol. Chickenow reminds me of Chick-fil-A, and both are pretty much equal in terms of taste to me, although Chickenow can definitely be more oily than Chick-fil-A… especially the fries. Chick-fil-A waffle fries are way better in my book. As for sauces, I haven’t tried the other sauces from here, but the Grandma sauce is delish. And sorry for the Chick-fil-A comparison yet again, but Grandma sauce is almost like«Chick-fil-A sauce.» As for service, it is meh. Most of the people working are young and still in school, which unfortunately to me translates to I-don’t-really-want-to-work-or-take-your-order-but-what-do-you-want type customer service. It hasn’t bothered me yet, but a genuine smile and a dose of considerateness wouldn’t hurt, right? For those who love Chick-fil-A, try Chickenow! And if you like it enough, remember that you can get some chicken nuggets on Sundays… when you crave Chick-fil-A.
