Although the ambiance and service was satisfactory, the food does not deliver up to expectations. At around 20 bucks a person, around 11 – 16 dollars per burger, I would expect a rich and flavourful burger. I ordered the plain and simple burger(Lettuce and tomato), since it shows the best flavour of a burger without over invading it with dressings, cheeses and toppings. The burger was bland and tasteless. The patty was cooked medium as requested but the meat still lacked flavour. The bland patty and a semi-soggy bun made the burger mediocre at best. I did not try any other burgers, although I could only see the addition of toppings, cheeses, and dressings, a way to overcompensate for the lack of flavour coming from the beef patty. I would expect this quality of burger from a dinner but not from an upscale burger joint. Although the burger was bland, the sides, salad and shakes did taste great.

Had been looking forward to trying based on all the great reviews. We went in this afternoon for a snack and a drink or two. First impression was good bartender was attentive at first, we ordered drinks and then the zucchini fries… which were highly recommend. …first thing my husband said was they were not really done… I was really hunger so I kept eating even though they were not done at all… after a ouple we realized how greasy they were… my husband was smart and stopped eating I ate more then felt sick… we left a bunch on plate. Bar service quickly deteriorated because of shift changing… sat with empty glasses for a good 10 minx as early hours bartender passed by counting tips and talking finally… one of them noticed us we were empty. never did they ask us about the food until we told them to take plate. She apologized and basically gave us explanation of how it happens… each cook is different. might not have hanged the oil… etc …REALLY.way to much higher info. We asked to have a basketball game put on the TV she had to he knows with manager… amen back and said manager would change… that never happened… nor did I get my glass of water until I asked again. obviously some training and some oversight of the bar staff needs to occur. .one other thing the wine I wanted from the menu the don’t carry anymore. .just another not great experience

This is my go to burger place! The burgers are so juicy and flavorful and the bun has just a note of sweetness that pairs well with the patty. It’s a little pricey but if you go on Sunday’s, the fries are half off and the plain and simple burger is only $ 5. I can never finish the whole burger so I usually eat half of it there, and take the rest home for later.

Although a bit pricey, Zinburger is worth it for me. Since I try to avoid red-meat, I was nervous when my friend suggested we go here for lunch. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the turkey burger with the zucchini fries. We all know that turkey burgers have the reputation of being overcooked and fairly dry. However, I have never had a turkey burger that was so juicy. Seriously. So so good. The zucchini fries were also great, with a great dipping sauce that comes with it.(The sauce makes the fry) Zinburger is definitely a dependable place to get good food in this area. Next time I definitely plan on trying a milkshake, they all look so good! I would definitely recommend.

You have to love the atmosphere here. I always sit at the bar, and it feels like a very upscale but very comfortable sports bar. They accommodate vegetarians/vegans by replacing any of the patties with a veggie which is huge.

Absolutely incredible. I’ve kept thinking of creative words to describe this Zen of Burger Heaven, and can’t seem to find that one or two perfect phrases. My wife and I were there this past Saturday. First time in! We now can’t wait to get back. Awesome décor. Fantastic wait staff and service. And a burger menu that can’t be beat. I had the Zinburger, my wife had the to Brie or not to Brie. Both cooked medium. Both nearly perfect in texture and flavor. Also, best onion rings in Jersey! Very creative menu and the ability to build your burger how you want it or choose from one of the original offerings like the Breakfast Burger – let’s face it every burger deserves a fried egg – the Ringer, El Diablo and more. Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time two weeks ago with my boyfriend. We were expecting just another ordinary burger shop. We were pleasantly surprised! Lots of choices, and all the ingredients tasted so fresh. I got the El Diablo(so yummy) and he got the buffalo chicken sandwich. Our waitress was very on top of things and knowledgeable. We enjoyed it so much we brought our friends here last night. I got the Ringer(HIGHLYRECOMMEND), two of my friends got the Blanco, they both raved about the guacamole on top, my other friend got the El Diablo and my boyfriend got the buffalo chicken sandwich again. We all were so impressed. The food is delicious, fresh, and nicely presented. My only complaint(and –1 star) is because we never got our milkshakes with our food. We all finished eating and actually had to get up and ask about them, as they are supposed to come out with the food. Im pretty sure our waitress forgot but thats okay, it was busy. That was a little annoying, but all in all a good experience!

Pro: When a burger is done right, the world becomes a better place. Zinburger is likely improving society with every plate that they serve! I had their burger du jour, the Oscar. This beauty of a burger came equipped with lump crab meat, asparagus, and Hollandaise sauce. This was surf-n-turf on a bun, and it was glorious! Con: Definitely on the pricey side. $ 15 for a specialty burger that doesn’t come with fries? May just be a «payday treat» only… Bottom Line: Great burger! I’ll give it a 4-star rating for now, and will likely adjust after exploring the rest of the menu.

Just updating to add a tip for vegetarians — call ahead to make sure they have the veggie burger in stock. On three occasions in the last two months, my party has been seated and has ordered drinks and appetizers before we are informed that they are out of veggie burgers.

Solid restaurant with solid food. One of the people I was eating with was given the wrong shake, so they let us keep it and gave the right one without charging extra. Made the whole experience even better haha. I got the classic Zinburger, and it was absolutely fantastic. The free shake, Bars of Zin, was delicious, but a little too chocolatey for me. Nonetheless, the food was great. I especially liked the interior design; it was extremely aesthetically pleasing. The wooden tables and floor gave a rustic appeal, so I could savor the beef in the burger. Also, the waiters were very friendly yet not hovering, so I could enjoy my food. I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner. I would STRONGLY recommend Zinburger for any type of gathering or meal.

We came here on a whim after doing some shopping in Cherry Hill. The outside seating area looks really nice and has heaters for when it’s a little chilly out. The inside is really nice, it’s very modern looking with clean lines. We decided to sit at the bar which is a large oval bar with plenty of seating. There is a large chalkboard behind the bar with the burger, wine, and milkshake specials on it. We started with an order of the double truffle fries which were addictive! We ate every last one of them! My husband decided to try the burger of the month and I ordered the«blanco burger» which came with pepperjack cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce, and chipotle mayonnaise. It was the perfect flavor combination, and it was huge! I actually took the top half of the bun off and ate it with a fork and knife. We both loved the food and service and will gladly return and order many more of the double truffle fries!

I have had some 5 star experiences here. They do a good job on the burgers. use good ingredients. and its a fun atmosphere. The shakes are also wonderful. Service is USUALLY good. Problem is, one time me and my brother went in during a busy time. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes. Asked a busser for menus and just to get him to see we needed help. We waited another 5 minutes without anyone helping us. We walked out. Sad to do to a place that is normally consistent, but that just absolutely can never happen. Never an excuse for it.

Got an el diablo turkey burger, zucchini fries, and a margarita. All the food was good but our waitress was very slow, knew very little about the menu, and completely forgot about our margaritas. Everyone around us was sat, ate, and left long after we were sat, much less our food arriving. All the other wait staff seemed to be attentive and informative, we just happened to get one that needs a lot of work. Overall, good experience and good food. Don’t drink the skinny margarita. It sucked.

Went out to eat with husband and a friend. Will never come back! Greasiest, grossest burger ever. Seriously, it compares to the double quarter pounder with cheese I ate at a 24 hour McDonald’s drive thru in 2006(after a night out in Philly) — grease literally dripping down my hands and face. First off, I didn’t get what I ordered, but ate it anyway. Hubby and I got our burgers medium, and literally the buns were greasy and burger juice grease was running out all on the plate. The truffle fries were mehhhh. We barely ate them. Onion rings were decent. After all that, it was really annoying that our server didn’t clear our dinner plates, even though we all got milkshakes for dessert. The three of us literally piled our plates in the middle of the table and were able to talk/see each other through the stack, it was so weird and unprofessional. Meanwhile, the server stood right next to our table folding napkins.(I know I could have said something, but I wanted to see how ridiculous things could get.) Our server either was clueless or racist? I’m not sure — bc apparently you have to ask for appetizer plates too.(Like who just drops off a basket of onion rings and tries to walk away?) This is the first time ever that I actually thought all this was deliberate — we even asked for extra napkins since the dinner napkins couldn’t handle all the grease, and got two COCKTAIL napkins each. Seriously. Also, when I came back from the bathroom, I realized the floor was also greasy. I literally pretended I was six years old again and imagined myself rollerskating back to my table. Imagine that — didn’t even have to pick up my feet! Horrible, unforgettable experience I will tell all my friends about.

Ok so after trying more of their burger offerings and sitting inside and out I think Zinburger is a sold 4 star burger restaurant. The RedZingria will keep me coming back not their stingy pour of wines. Their sunday happy hour seems like a must try. My favorite burgers are the breakfast burger(bacon egg, avacado) and the ringer(reds hot sauce and onion ring). Their kids meal are a steal at $ 3. The chicken was fried but it was super crispy and it was a real chicken breast not processed gunk. The sweet potato fries were sweet and lighty fried — not teally crispy but not soggy . While the onion rings have a great flavor and crunch initially, they fall apart too easily. They go great with the bbq that comes with the order. Read my original review for more details. That is all.

This place has long been on my «need to try» list, so I was excited to finally check it off. Unfortunately it wasn’t as good as I hyped it to be. I ordered a customized burger and upgraded to the Kobe beef. First of all, it took forever! They weren’t busy at all but the food took a good long time to come out. If the burger had tasted amazing, I wouldn’t even have been bothered by the length of time, but the burger was kind of bland… and it was just missing something. Luckily, the fries were AMAZING — loaded fries, sweet potato fries and truffle fries… all delicious! Service was decent – our server was friendly and courteous. The place is clean and big and had an upscale café feel to it. I don’t know that I’ll think to go here again just for their burgers, but I would definitely go back for their fries. Seems like a chill place to go for some fries and a drink and maybe even a milkshake(next time).

This is probably one of my favorite places to eat around. Working just a few shops down is detrimental to my budget because it’s so easy to just walk in on lunch break and order my favorite Salted Caramel Milkshake, go for some after work cocktails with coworkers(sit on the patio and order the Skinny Girl Margaritas. They’re amazing). Or even just stop in for one of their FANTASTIC burgers. I haven’t had a bad one yet. My favorite so far has been the El Diablo burger. If you like spice this is the burger for you! But honestly, I haven’t tried a single thing I didn’t like here. They’re a little pricey, but so worth it I don’t even mind. 10⁄10 doctors recommend you eat here.

Stopped in to Zinburger tonight because I’d been wanting to give it a try. It started out nice when there was a girl there opening the door for everyone. Then we were seated at the high-top tables over to the side of the bar. The waitress came over pretty quickly and took our orders. I opted for the Breakfast Burger(egg, bacon, avocado, lettuce, cheddar cheese & mayo). I paid a $ 5 upgrade to try the kobe beef. We also ordered a plate of loaded fries. The food and drinks came out quickly — and that’s about where the positive experience ends for me. My burger was super salty — I couldn’t pinpoint why, but every bite was really salty — and I like salt. This was too much for me. It also was very wet — I don’t know if was the sauce or the juice from the burger, but my plate was covered after I first cut into the burger. The loaded fries were blah. They were dry and the bacon wasn’t really«melted» into them — so it was like eating plain fries with some bacon bits underneath. We thought about dessert, but it took the waitress forever to come back over — and when she came back, she had brought the check and was ushering us out(it wasn’t that crowded). We mentioned we wanted to look at dessert so she came back over with menu. I was considering a milkshake but nothing appealed to me. Everything was just too much stuff crammed into a milkshake — no simple/classic milkshake flavors. Of course, we waited a while again for the waitress to reappear — and finally said we were ready to checkout. On the way out, the same girl that held the door open for us rushed to make sure she opened it again for us on the way out. Overall — just meh — and way too expensive for meh.

My meal at Zinburger was good, but nothing I’d go out of the way for. It was a slight step above Red Robin, but not enough to warrant the much steeper price tag. I liked that the hostess gets the door for people leaving and entering the restaurant. This is a small, but much appreciated gesture. They take a name and phone number, and say they’ll call you when your table is ready. My husband and I were told it would be about fifteen minutes. We went next door to Nordstrom rack for about ten minutes and then came back. More time passed and many people were getting seated that seemed to have arrived after us. After I realized it had been twenty-five minutes, I asked the hostess how much longer she thought it would be. She looked us up and we were not in the system. Thankfully the other hostess that took our name was there and she said, «you saw me enter it, right?». Which yes, we did. They seated us right away after the mistake. Oh technology. We ordered the salted caramel shake. The server offered to split it into two glasses for us, which was awesome. The shake had a nice flavor, but unfortunately, was extremely thin and more like flavored milk. It was also too sweet for my taste. I would pass on that. I ordered the turkey burger which came with avocado, swiss cheese, lettuce, and mayo, but without the mayo. I added the wild mushrooms. Overall, my burger was good, but not $ 11.25 with no sides good. The bun was the best part. It was soft and had a nice texture due to the egg wash on the outside. The turkey patty was thick, but flavor wise, nothing special and the same as much cheaper Red Robin. The«wild mushrooms» were nothing more than button mushrooms that cost $ 1.25 to add. The avocado was a nice addition. The truffle fries were a huge disappointment. There was the slight smell of truffle, but absolutely no truffle flavor, not even the artificial stuff. The fries were shoestring which I’m not a huge fan of. You don’t get the fluffy inside and in this instance, the fries weren’t crisp outside. The Parmesan didn’t taste freshly grated and was too powdery. I’d have preferred shavings or little strands. At $ 6, it wasn’t worth it. Our server was super friendly and quick to refill our water when it got low. She was also knowledgeable about the menu. On the way out, the hostesses apologized again for losing our name on the wait list. If this meal had cost less, I would come back if I was in the area. But it’s not worth $ 44(after tax and tip) for two people to split a watery shake and average fries, and have a slightly above average burger each, plus pay a $ 5 toll to come back from Jersey into Pennsylvania.
