Absolutely terrible service! Don’t take orders right and take forever to give you back your check with change!!!

A stop before the bridge; had shrimp tacos and shrimp scampi and of course, I got to have biscuits. My food came out on time and head back to MD.

Prior to this visit it had been AGES since I’d been to Red lobster, and it’s safe to say I’m over them. I’m going to rate this for what it is, it’s red lobster. Came in for a quick lunch with my mom and the girls. We were seated promptly, they were pretty empty but they took forever to do everything else. Mind you I said a quick lunch. they even have something called a «quick catch» or something of the sorts, nothing quick about this visit. I ordered basic salmon lunch with mashed potatoes and decided to try their green beans which was a new item. My oldest ordered crab legs, my mom a soup and a salad and my youngest, the fish n chips. Seafood cooks pretty quickly so why oh why did it take so long?! So My salmon and mashed were good, plain but good but those green bean, OMG they were terrible! My mom enjoyed her soup and salad, but my mom complains about nothing, she could have a patch of hair swimming in her soup and say oh it’s fine it’s probably mine, so who knows how it really was, lol. My older daughter you could tell was frustrated with the work to crack the crabs and be disappointed by the lack of meat. My youngest, I felt bad, she didn’t like the fish n chips at all they were mushy. I ended up flagging down another waiter to get our waiter, to get her something else. She ended up getting the Calamari, which she enjoyed but it came with fried broccoli which she wouldn’t touch, she is fake healthy so she was appalled that they would cover veggie nutrients with oil and batter, LOL she is hilarious. Again I had to track him down for our check. I’m so happy I had a gift card from legit two years ago I used, so 1. I didn’t spend much on the meal with was surprisingly high for not great food, and 2. I don’t have to feel obligated to come back. Oh I do still like their Caesar salad, so kudos for that. But yea I’m over RL.

It’s not the best seafood place that I’ve been to, but the one of the only things that keeps me coming back here the biscuits. The Biscuits are always on point there very nice and buttery and one can pretty much make a meal of it if they probably wanted to(Yup it’s that Good.) During my last visit I was actually excited to come here because I wanted to try the Ghost-Pepper BBQ shrimp skewer which was really good. The shrimp had this nice balance of spicy and sweet and each shrimp had a decent amount of BBQ sauce on it.

Road trip, found ourselves in Cherry Hill Early Saturday night, saw the big sign, thought what the heck, give it a shot, first time ever at a Red Lobster What impressed me the most was the relaxing décor and the cheery professional wait staff . I had the crab cake dinner, three crab cakes with rice pilaf, a garden and half an ear if corn. MM had the lobster dinner the food is reasonably well prepared Everything came out in a timely fashion. too full to order desert the bill didn’t kill me success

So I haven’t been to Red Lobster in a while. Thus, I was happy to go and experience what they had to offer again. The night started off like normal. We were seated in less than five minutes and our server came and took our drink orders. Since we knew what we wanted, we ordered our enters with our drinks. Our complimentary biscuits came out first and they were delicious. My girlfriend order them with French dressing which was a nice combination. Next our entrees came out in about 15 minutes, but we were happy about that. But we noticed then that we never received our drinks. Once our server noticed she got them promptly and I believe they had already been made. All of the staff were really nice and our server could have been slightly more attentive. The place had a nice crowd for a Friday, but there were at least 10 tables/booths available. For additional sauces, we had to jail another waitress. It was a good night despite the small lapse by our server and the food was really good. I’d most certainly go again.

They use to be my all time favorite restaurant but now they are anything but. The cooks must of gotten lazy because it’s salty and even undercooked. Last time I went there I felt sick as hell. It was so disgusting!

The food has always been yummy here. The service could use some work. I never wait to be seated but I wait to be greeted and then not checked on much after that. Great food… Mediocre service.

Nice renovations done to restaurant. Servers are nice, food is good and portions decent but its an average food chain. There are so many better places to get great seafood. It’s nice but never my first choice to eat

My wife and I went to the Cherry Hill Red Lobster for a late lunch April 2 and will not be going back. We were seated in a booth near the bar area. The restaurant was about 40% full with almost as many employees talking as there were customers tables. The booths across from where we sat were covered in food and plates from the previous patrons. One booth had obviously had a young child since the high chair was still pushed up to the end. The pile of food under it was substantial. We were there for an hour to eat and No one bothered to clean either booth. If they let the serving area look like that, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Listen, I’m no fan of chain restaurants. However, I had a few kids with me & this is what they wanted. It was Lobster Fest & I think I had the lobster feast. I was pleasantly surprised that my lobster tail was tender, my snow crab legs were meaty & juicy & my shrimp scampi was flavorful. I kid you not! Maybe it was new chef & fresh seafood but it was great. And my server was pleasant. The woman’s bathroom was clean. Listen, I’m as surprised as anyone but seriously, I can not complain. And although it was packed & I expected a long wait, I only waited 20 min! This experience can’t be duplicated so that’s my last time there but I had to be honest!

Growing up in an Asian household, I never really got to try out Red Lobster. It’s just a place where my family wouldn’t go. However, I can assure you I’ve drooled through numerous commercials growing up. Eventually, I got to the point where I went there and got to experience the commercials. Aside from the wonderful biscuits, it was undeniably disappointing. I wouldn’t go as far as the food was bad, but going here a few times I have realized that Red Lobster’s take on seafood was not my forte. Add the pricing into the picture, I think this won’t be my first option when it comes to seafood. On the other hand, this place is surprisingly awesome at something else. Not many would’ve guessed it, but I believe their bar serves some fantastic drinks. I would pass on many taverns or bars just to head to Red Lobster for a drink. If you haven’t tried it yet, you MUST. I wouldn’t go out raving to my friends who haven’t tried this place yet, but I wouldn’t pull them back from trying it either. :)

I was pretty disappointed when I visited this Red Lobster. This is the second time I’ve been here. Our server was okay at best. She was not very attentive and it took us quite a long time to get some of those delicious biscuits. That’s literally the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars. The last time I visited this restaurant, they were still a part of Darden. I think since they’ve separated things have changed. For one, the menu is mostly drinks. From what I can remember, the first 3 or 4 pages of the menu was specialty alcoholic drinks. Oh and their draft beers weren’t working last night when I went. I’m not a drinker, but if I went there to have a beer with dinner I’d be pretty disappointed. I ordered the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo entrée for dinner. I’ve attached a picture of it. I got the half size which was pretty small. I can’t believe they charge about $ 13 for it. I probably could’ve made it at home better. For being a seafood restaurant, the size of the shrimp was a joke. They were about the size of a thumbnail. The sauce was pretty greasy and unappetizing. I couldn’t really eat much of the dish. Overall it was mediocre at best and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

3 at best. I don’t generally frequent Red Lobster but those all you can eat shrimp promotions often become too tempting. This location is just ok. Not the cleanest. Not the best service. The food is ok but not great. The shrimp were cooked well and the biscuits were delicious but the waitress was extremely slow in bringing out the next order of the endless shrimp. The beer list isn’t great either.

I am a big fan of Red Lobster. I love it because I know I’ll never leave disappointed or hungry. Because it’s a chain, you pretty much know what to expect — decent seafood dishes at a very reasonable price. One of the best parts of the meal is the cheddar bay biscuits. They are so delicious! The servers keep bringing you refills if you want them, and my table almost always does. I came here last night for their Endless Shrimp deal. For ~$ 17, you get a choice of all-you-can-eat shrimp dishes like shrimp linguini(my favorite and probably the unhealthiest of all), sriracha-coated, scampi, coconut, fried, or parmesan scampi. I tried 4 of the different types and left uncomfortably full but satisfied! I’ve also come here for lunch and non all-you-can-eat dinners, and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If you sign up for their email list, they often send coupons, too. Enjoy!

I am not sure why all the high ratings. Maybe people just don’t know good food. It was 6 yrs since I last went to a Red Lobster. After. This visit, I may not go again. Let me say I am unsure why a place called«Red Lobster» has a menu with just about shrimp in every meal. Maybe because it is cheap. Not only that, it is small shrimp. The prices are extremely over priced. $ 70 for 2 people? I could have went to a high end steak house for that price and had a better meal. We waited 45mins when being told it was a 20min wait. Once seated it took another 10 – 15 mins before someone even stopped at our table. Looking at the menu it was hard to decide because nothing really looked appetizing. As stated, it came down to what kind of shrimp do you want? Even their all you can eat shrimp choices didn’t look good. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. STAYAWAY!

We were coming back from a vacation and decided to stop here for dinner, not a good choice. The service started out well then after the drink order our waiter got caught up with a waitress and watching TV. When he finally returned I ordered the seafood stuffed flounder with crispy red potatoes, another bad choice. The flounder portion was very small and the dish was made from frozen not fresh flounder. I did eat most of the flounder not the piece that was under the«seafood stuffing», which I could not eat. I have no clue what the seafood stuffing was made of. The crispy red potatoes were not crisp and I did not finish these either. On the whole it was a bad dining experience. I know this is not the greatest restaurant but the food should be edible. I’ll never go back.

Waitress was very nice. Soup was good and hot. The salad on the other hand was very, very limp.
