Thai Max is one of those restaurants in the food court that someone shoves various meats on toothpicks at you as you’re just trying to walk by lol. I caved in one day and tried them out. I’m a sucker for Thai food. They’re pretty good for being located in a mall food court. The Massuman Curry is made fresh-​to order. The dish includes chicken, green peppers, onions and the sauce. No fresh peanuts, potatoes or coconut milk that I can detect, so it’s missing that classic flavor profile. But, it’s not bad at all. The employees are a bit pushy, but still friendly. After you order, they’ll try to up sell you things like spring rolls or extra sodas and such. If I could give half stars, I’d give them 3.5. Of all the Cherry Hill Mall food court options, I like them best.
