How can it be bad. Wings, cold beer, the wait staff and cooks changes out often so you can’t say much on that, really if you have never had b-dubs the try them out. There is enough parking, tv’s pretty much hang everywhere. Yup.

Great service. Walked in and got a table right away. Had buffalo wrap, it was very delicious. Customer service was outstanding. Atmosphere was great. Had friend with me that is was there first time. They enjoyed their first time.

Went there for dinner with my grandson. We ordered wings as a starter. Taste was good but very tough due to over cooking. We both ordered bacon cheeseburgers. Totally bland and not put together very well. Probably will not go again.

DONOT, I repeat DONOT go here for your 21st birthday. You cannot drink here once it turns midnight or on your birthday. You have to wait 24 hours after your birthday… Even though the law in Virginia says you can drink the day before your birthday.

The food is wonderful but they tend to get the order wrong quite often. Just double check before the server disappears.

I came here with the oldest for a quick bite to eat. We had to find our own seating(which I understand is part of their thing) but I don’t like having to wander around looking for a table. Please just seat me like everyone else. The food was good(boneless wings for the win!) and the oldest really seem to enjoy his bacon cheeseburger. The only thing that was weird was that they tried to charge me for something I ordered but didn’t get. Also it took FOREVER to get the check. If you are speedy enough to get our food to the table, why does it take so long to bring the check? And then we had to wait again to get the check corrected. I think I will go to BWW again but maybe not during lunch time.

B-Dubs has some decent food and is a great place for lunch or to watch a game with some friends over a few drinks or a meal. The staff is friendly and fairly efficient but they can get a little bogged down when it gets busy. I have enjoyed some very nice appetizers at Buffalo Wild Wings. My favorites are the beer-battered onion rings, french fries, and the spinach artichoke dip with warm pita chips and veggies. They also have a very wide variety of chicken wings. They offer both boneless and traditional wings, I find the traditional to be more flavorful but that’s just me. My favorites are the honey bbq wings and the medium heat classics. If I’m making it a meal I usually go for the Big Jack Daddy Burger and some french fries. I really love that thick juicy burger topped with pulled pork, onion rings, cheese, and honey bbq sauce. When you take a bite it just bursts with flavor but be careful because it’s messy and oh so easy to drip on your shirt. During prime hours on the weekends and during big ball games they can get pretty crowded so get there early or you may have to spend a chunk of time waiting in line(my party of three waited over an hour for a seat for the 2015NCAA championship football game). The parking lot is often full during prime time as well but you don’t need to worry because you’ve got plenty of other parking near by in the adjoining Greenbrier Marketcenter.

Slow service, bad management. Took forever to order on a Tuesday night where it wasn’t crowded at all. One person didn’t ever even get what he ordered. Didn’t bring ranch or fries that we ordered either and got no refills. Bad management, will not be returning.

The service was a bit slow even though there weren’t a lot of people there when we arrived. I’m also disappointed that they don’t offer the flatbreads anymore. I do love their black cherry mojitos and wing sauces though.

Horrible Service-have given them a few extra visits and has never improved. Food is so so. Won’t be back here again!

First thing that caught my eye when walking in was the large notice on the door that BWW bans guns. Wow, thanks for making this a large soft target. Was seated in a fairly empty dining room where the servers outnumbered guests. Husband ordered us unsweetened tea. It came in timely fashion, but there was no artficial sweetener on table like most restaurants. Asked for splenda from server and gave appetizer order and sat and looked at my refreshing tea while waiting. Server wanders back over and inquires if we are ready to order. I asked for spenda again and got an «Oh, yeah.» In response. Then she wanders over to the next table to inquire if they wanted anything. That really pissed me off, so since our server wasnt interested in helping, i went to the server station and got my own. The ice in the tea was comletely melted, but at least i could drink it now. I wanted to leave, but my hubby loves their wings. Food was their typical stuff and cooked okay and came out hot. I can only hope this server was new and not their usual service.

We are not much of a fan of corporate restaurants but buffalo is one of the worst. Slow service and fried foods!

We returned last night for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration. I knew it would be packed so the wait time of 45 mins-1 hour didn’t bother me. What did bother me, however, was after an hour, I went to check the wait status to find that 10 tables had been seated behind us because they«tried to page us several times.» Our large party was in the bar waiting, not 20 feet from the host stand. I suppose it was too much work to take a look around for us. I was told they would have a table for us right away. 15 minutes later, the host finds me in the bar to tell me they’re cleaning off the table right then. 10 minutes later, a member of our party goes back to the host stand to find out why it takes 10 minutes to bus a table. Service from Carie was decent, but our food arrived over the span of another 30 minutes. Half of the table waited while the other half ate. Food was good and I appreciated my salad much more this time. Then, without warning or request for additional service, our checks arrived. I’m pretty sure half of us were still eating our meals, most were still watching the game which wasn’t even at half time and no doubt we would have ordered a few more beers. Our glasses and plates stacked up continuously without being pre-bussed. Thank goodness for birthday happiness, or this visit would have completely sucked.

Wish we could give 0 stars. We love BWW. It is our favorite place. We decided to get take-out last night so called in our order. We had a 20 minute ride. When we got there we still had to wait another 40 minutes. When our order was ready they forgot half our wings. I’m glad we checked. We also ordered the pulled pork sliders. They were so salty we ended up trashing them.

It was a Tuesday which usually means hooters for wings. But since I was out with my wife I decided to go down the street to bdubs. Big mistake! Ordered the 65 cent wing specials. The order for 18 wings probably took over half an hour to arrive. Since I was famished, I decided to neglect the fact that they got my sauces wrong and dive right into it. 3 wings in, I was starting hate the taste and could not eat more than 4 of the 12 wings I ordered. I realized the wings did not taste of the sauce but just of unfrozen chicken. I did not even bother boxing the rest of the wings. I drove back home and downed a bottle of Octoberfest just to forget the taste that killed my hunger. PS would rather get the wings from hooters or winstons down the street.

Ok so I was craving wings and have this spot a shot. They recently remodeled the place and the acoustics was awful with Ten million tvs on and the echo it was a cluster f&ck and the noise was unbearable and couldn’t even hear my waitress. Food was good and service was ok.

This place in greenbrier are has changed alot since I’ve been there last year and give them a thumbs up for upgrading. They have a divided room for the public customers and I believe another area for parties. They have added more screen tvs everywhere, re-did the walls, seating booths, etc. Customer service to me is a really big thing. 1st impression of anything or anyone is like a last impression of it/them. My experience last night wasn’t all too great. My server felt like she was kind of rushing us and wasnt attentive when we needed her. She waited for us to pay the check right away while we were still chilling at the table after she just handed us the ticket.

Avoid this place on weekends! It’s a madhouse, and the food isn’t worth waiting 45 minutes to get a table. Value: 2 Customer Service: 4 Food Quality: 2 This is severely overpriced chicken wings, that take WAYTOLONG to go from a fryer, to your table. The only thing that saved the«face of the restaurant» in this case was our waiter named«Kelsi». I don’t know if she was an assistant manager or what, but this girl had everything going on and made our time their enjoyable. She was waiting on other tables as well, but not once did I ever have to ask for a refill on water, she constantly had my glass full, not once did I have to ask for napkins or a fork, not once did the other 5 people that were with me have to ask for a refill on their beer, she was right there, right on point, and just purely amazing. One of my party asked about recommendations that she liked, and immediately she had a recommendation and the reason why she recommended it. SOLD. SIGNMEUP! «KELSI» deserves a 10 on the customer rating scale of 1 – 5, but the reason why I gave this place a 4 on customer service is while you are there waiting for a table to open up, the people up front could care less to even look you in the eye, and all they say is «over a 45 minute wait for a table, do you want to stay?» w/out any type of care in the world for you as a customer. Food portions are very very small for the premium price you are paying.

I’ll try to keep this one short at to the point. There were about 7 or 8 of us that ventured here yesterday. What I ordered: Fried pickles appetizer Sour cream and chive potato wedges Honey bbq chicken wings and Caribbean jerk wings. The fried pickles were over fried… meaning they were venturing on the burnt side, hard and just not good. The potato wedges were delicious! The honey bbq wings were… blah. DEFINITELY nothing to write home about. The jerk wings were ok. They had a nice, small kick to them but I have definitely had better. Service was friendly and as fast as they could be(like I mentioned earlier we had a large party so that could have contributed to the wait time). The establishment wasn’t overly busy but it wasn’t completely empty. When I’m in the mood for wings I don’t think about B-dubs. However my husband and his friends/co-workers go crazy over this place which is why I came. Not my first time here but I though I should go ahead and review it. I would come back – not by choice though(and no, the food isn’t nasty, just a place where I personally wouldn’t be breaking my neck to try to come back to).

Management, when you’re busy we get it, you’re busy. But PLEASE do not be afraid to let a customer know when they are wrong. I was here with friends and we waited over an hour for a table, just as the hostess was about to sit us down, a family just sat at our table and the manager did not want to tell them to get up. Therefore, we got VERY upset, then they tried to bring out these white picnic tables for us to sit at in the middle of the dining area… uh, I THINKNOT! Yes, I spoke my mind, I don’t care what ethnicity you are! Respect and common courtesy is what you should have, so when people want to start arguing and throwing their race card out I have an issue with it. This was a horrible waiting experience, but when we finally sat down and the manager gave us a couple freebies and one of their best waitress’s, we calmed down and finally got to experience better customer service. Overall, food was good, service is both good and bad on both sides.
