I LOVE this Office Max! I only come here for the print services. I have a business and I come in about once a week. The guys at the print services know me by name and are so good to me! Romel, Chris, Geoffrey, and Fred are so awesome!!! They always get my prints done in a timely manner. Fred took care of some graphic designs today in a matter of 5 minutes which was incredible to me! He’s so awesome. If you are getting prints, definitely come see the guys over here!

I went there to send a fed ex package. When I went to the desk no one was there, I waited about five mins before I caught the attention of a customer service rep. He told me he would be right with me… Another five min later he came to me and ask what I needed! I told him I wanted to send of a package do you have any bubble wrap and tape. He told me I had to buy the bubble wrap (18.99) and buy the whole roll of tape.(5.45) I was shocked every time I go to a fed store or drop off they supplied the same stuff for 8.99! And the employee was just vacant like he didn’t want to be there! So I left went down the street to another fed ex drop location. I was greeted soon as I walked in and they wrap and tape my box for 3.99! This fed ex location is giving fed ex a bad name
