Went in to get some skylanders and he was politely trying to up sale a lot. He almost got me to get Fallout 4, but he was very helpful and extreme knowledgeable.

As a gamer/​nerd, GameStop is a place you’ll find me during well acclaimed title launches. Whether it’s a new game or a new game console, the guys here are quick to get you in and out. During launch days or midnight releases, lines are cleared within minutes even if the turn out is plentiful. I haven’t had any problems here whether I was buying, selling, or trading items.
Rewards membership is helpful if you’re a constant GameStop shopper. It features a points system that accumulates the more you buy/​sell. Points can be exchanged online for a catalog of prizes to choose from. Upgrading your rewards membership is an even greater benefit for those that like to sell/​trade, offering an extra 30% in trade in value. That’s helpful especially since it seems like GS can low-​blow you in some of your trade ins.
They’ll probably throw in a few offers at you while they ring you up, but that seems more of a management policy than it is someone purposely trying to pester you. Respectfully decline any offers you aren’t considering and you’ll be out in no time.
