First time customer. I had purchased a $ 7,300 mattress set from Sleepys that morning. Something just didn’t feel right. I Went to Mattress Firm just for my own peace of mind and the sales representative Daniel Wilson did a great job. Saved me $ 3,000. $ 3,000 that’s a lot of money I was shocked at how badly I have been taken at the other store. I left Mattress Firm with the same setup and spent $ 4,300 with zero interest for 60 months. I was given next day delivery and free disposal of my old mattresses. Was very very pleased with the service will be a returning customer. Will give a follow up and let you know how well I sleep on my new mattress. I’m very pleased so far.

Deceptive in advertising. Dont expect to spend less than 700 dollars here on a mattress. They frequently have signs in the windows for Queen Mattress sets for 179. Expect the campground style foam mattress covered in plastic.
They do sale floor models at a steep discount, however it comes with the cost of having no money back guarantee or warranty, so in my opinion, it wouldnt be worth it.
I miss the Mattress Discounter store that was here, better sales and legitimate discounts.
