Love our bed. Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If I didn’t get a life time mattress my next one would be from here. Maybe I will get pillows next.

When the hubby and I decided to upgrade our son from a twin to a larger bed, we felt we should get the new mattress and the 8 year old could take the hand-​me-​down. We went to several stores, but really liked the service we received at Sleepy’s. The day we went in to browse, the salesman spent over an hour with us. He was the only one there that day and we felt bad about monopolizing his time. When another customer came in he seemed torn about which one to help. We told him to help her, since we knew we were buying, but just had to narrow our selection. He answered her questions and came back to us to compare quality and prices. After we decided on one, he set us up for financing, delivery, etc. He called us a couple of days before our delivery date to confirm. The deliverymen were on time and courteous. They set up the new mattress and even moved the old one onto my son’s new bed. They were very nice to him. He peppered them with questions and asked to look in their truck. They couldn’t let him in the truck (safety violation) but let him peek inside. It really made his day. The showroom has mattress pads and pillows for sale, as well as mattresses. We’ve been very happy with our purchases.
