I came to check this place out after I was told they sold 6pack bags, which they do! The store was very clean and neat. They also sell brands that GNC and Vitamin Shop doesn’t. When I bought my bag I was given a tshirt and shaker cup for free. I will definitely be back again.

Okay I’m not a supplement Guru but I am a someone who understands the importance of protein replenishment, which is what brought me here.
Prices: Much better than most places but like anything in the fitness industry quality is going to cost. However this Navy veteran owned establishment offers a 15% military discount. That reason alone should get military members and their dependents to come in and compare prices. All others can get a 10% off for year with some membership. Being military I didn’t ask about the details but be sure to check on it when you step up to the counter with your purchase.
Service: The staff rock. Friendly with free samples of certain protein powders, and other stuff. I especially liked how I got to keep a good quality shaker bottle with my tasting. Despite being pink I’ll be using it Yes I’m secure with my masculinity, lol.
Selection: This is really dependent on what your looking for. Protein powders, nutrition bars and other similar body build items have good selection. Meal packing selection of lunch bags, backpacks and briefcases was awesome. Other things… not so much.
Overall: This is a great stop for the health conscious, weekend athlete and serious fitness freak. I’m sure in time the selection will expand to other areas making this place a single point of purchase for your nutrition needs but for now… it’s okay but still worth the trip, 4 Stars.
