Manager Jesse is the best. Awesome guy. Love this place.

This location is super small. It’s in a shopping center and the space isn’t big enough for this restaurant. The food is decent.

My husband and I decided to eat here after receiving a coupon in the mail. I hadn’t been to a Ruby Tuesday restaurant in awhile, but we really enjoyed ourselves. The service was great. I wish I could remember our servers name, but the managers name was Phil. They were both very pleasant and made us happy we decided to come out. We had the boneless wings as an app. and they were very good. As in entrée I had the baby back ribs and my husband had the double Decker Chicken breast. Both meals were great. We plan on returning soon.

While I know this is a chain restaurant there is no excuse for the type of food I recently received. The place was dead when I came in but there were still dirty tables. We were quickly seated and the hostess was very polite. Unfortunately there was no utensils on the table and the table with sticky. In general the place just looks run down. The seat cushions are torn and worn, buttons are missing, tables worn out and there scuff marks all along the walls. The bathrooms, don’t get me started, obviously no attention paid there. We order food only the find out later that«all chicken was out except for tenders». No big deal I ordered a petite filet same as my wife. Another person ordered the three-way shrimp with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. All I can say is that the potatoes were so salty that they were in edible. The brussels sprouts were hardly touched as they tasted burnt. The shrimp that was fried tasted of old grease. The steaks were tough and rubbery. I know this isn’t a steak house but these were really bad. The only thing that was decent was the salad bar. We did order one drink, A margarita and it was terrible. I will give them props for a friendly waiter but the food was inexcusable. Cross this one off your list and don’t go back.

I haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday in a while and we had a coupon so my wife wanted to take advantage of it. The service was fast and friendly. We were greeted by the manager and seated immediately by the hostess. Our server immediately took our drink orders and asked about appetizers but we just went ahead and ordered our entrees. Entrees are served with two sides but you can select the salad bar in place of one of the sides so that is what we did. The salad bar is small but nice. The lettuce was crisp and cool, the various items were good though nothing was outstanding. I appreciated the salad plates were chilled, all the containers were full and it was clean. The cheese biscuits are always a hit and they did not disappoint, very delicious. Our entrees arrived in good time. My wife enjoyed her steak and lobster though the steak she ordered medium was slightly overcooked and a little tough, the flavor was nice. She really liked the lobster, it was really delicious. Her french fries were also delicious, crisp and hot. I had the ribeye steak which I ordered medium rare but it was pretty undercooked and lacking seasoning. I can enjoy a pretty rare steak but it appeared the steak was not properly seared so the fat did not render which made it very chewy. My baked potato was disappointing as well since I ordered it with butter and sour cream but it came with only a very small amount of sour cream. I ended using some of my wife’s clarified butter from her lobster and then adding some ranch dressing from the salad bar. If I based my score on this review strictly on this last visit I would probably give them a 2 but since I’ve been here other times and am generally happy with the quality of food I get I’m giving them a 3.

Visited this spot yesterday for lunch. It was around 12:30 and the Greenbriar area was obviously quite busy. We got right in and seated. We both ate the 8 fried jumbo shrimp meal. My friend enjoyed French fries while I had their new Brussels sprouts in creamy Parmesan and bacon — which was seriously phenomenal. The service was good, the bar tender tended to us and was very friendly. Overall, I enjoy this restaurant and this location. Always enjoy good food here.

I’m a fan only of their Happy Hour. 7 days a week 4−7pm. I can’t comment on anything else. The reason I like this spot for their happy hour is because of the value I get there. $ 5 pitchers of Yuengling, and $ 1 pickles. The bar is a small bar, so it’s easy to get the bar tenders attention to get a refill, put in another order etc… I like this type of atmosphere so much more than dealing with the larger establishments in this area where you get little to no customer service. Value: 5 Food Quality: 3(Casual Dining, nothing fancy) Customer Service: 5

The hostess seated us right away. The server was very friendly and prompt with tending to us. I have no complaints.

Bad food and bad service. Food took to long to be burnt and dry. Had to send back and got replacement, which was not cooked all the way through

Upon entering we were immediately greeted and seated at a booth for four. It being late Sunday afternoon/early Sunday evening, it wasn’t too full. We were in our booth maybe 2 minutes before we were greeted by Hilary, our wonderful server. We both had the Berry Fusion fruit tea with the real fruit bits in it. It was quite tasty and refreshing and just what we needed to perk up a bit.(Hilary was kind enough to bear with us while we scoured the drink menu. We had neglected to even look for it upon picking up the menus.) My husband ordered the Asiago Peppercorn Sirloin while I ordered the Coastal Trio and we both had zucchini as a side as well as mashed potatoes and broccoli. We waited about 10, maybe 15 minutes for our food but had the complimentary plate of biscuits to munch on in the mean time.(We received three biscuits and they were delicious.) The food looked appetizing and was nice and hot and my husband devoured his steak and sides while I did the same to my seafood and sides. The whole time, we never felt like we were being rushed and quite frankly, for a chain, we really truly enjoyed the meal. I’m even looking forward to returning soon. However, the real highlight of the visit for us was our server, Hilary. From the moment she introduced herself, she really made an impression on us. She found a common ground with us due to the fact that I’m pregnant and she took the time to give us tips and just share little anecdotes and she joked around with us. I was just telling my husband, today was the most conversation I’ve ever shared with someone waiting on us. While it is possible she was just making conversation, we never once felt like she was being disingenuous or looking to score a really good tip. It felt like we were three people who just happened to randomly end up in the same place and bonded over a shared common ground. Because she really made the meal and the experience for us, we will be returning to this location again and hopefully she’ll be the one waiting on us. They say your server makes or breaks the meal. In this case, Hilary made the meal and more for us.

So… we usually go out our way and go to the Newtown location because the atmosphere at the Greenbrier location is old and gloomy. The décor needs to be updated and the waitress seems so «not want to be there». It made my happy hour drink sad :-(It wasn’t even that pack for happy hour neither. Nonetheless, the food altogether is the same no matter what bc of it being a chain. But for the lively bartender, updated décor, and cooler atmosphere I’m back to Newtown.

We went on a quiet Sunday night. We were seated immediately in a booth where the spacing… wasn’t quite right. I’m a short – err, petite – person but even my legs were too long for the close proximity in this booth. There were four of us and our feet were on top of each others’. Ah well. There’s food and conversation to distract us. Our waitress took our food and drink orders at once and said the biscuits were in the oven so she’d bring them right to us when they’re done. No big deal – we all ordered the salad bar too. The salad bar was well stocked but the plates were warm, probably straight out from being cleaned. It just worried me that my salad would be wilted from the heat. There was your typical iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, and some mixed greens. At the other end, there was broccoli salad, pasta salad, potato salad. Love the broccoli salad. The Hubs ordered a $ 5 Long Island Iced Tea and I think he got what he paid for. I’m usually pretty sensitive to alcohol, but this drink tasted and looked like it was all sours mix. We were done with our salads when we noticed that people that were just seated behind us received freshly baked biscuits but our table sadly lacked them. We brought this to her attention shortly after and she kindly brought the four of us two plates of biscuits. Three of us ordered sliders – I ordered the Ruby minis. They were okay for what they are. They’re cooked well done; I’m not sure if you can request them to be cooked differently. The slice of cheese covers less than half of the burger, but the pickle slice was crisp. With as much meat as there is, each slider could use either a larger slice of cheese or maybe two pickle slices – or both! The burger is rather dry otherwise.): Our friend ordered the turkey sliders – those come with lettuce and tomato! If you order the salad bar, though, you can just get lettuce and a tomato slice for your regular sliders. ;D We were definitely too stuffed for dessert. The salad bar is the main reason we eat here, and it’s probably the reason we would return.

The only thing I really eat at Ruby Tuesdays is the salad bar, which is amazing and the turkey mini’s. I like restaurant’s that have a good house burgers, but this place just goes overboard with the burgers and its like a whole day’s calories. The service is normally fairly good. My last visit was a late lunch so it was not very packed, but they were fairly busy. Service did take a little longer than anticipated, but I assume it was because it was between meals and the servers had plenty of side work.

Tonight I dined at Ruby Tuesday’s and I can tell you that the food is nothing to write home about but the service was! Drew was the name of my waiter and he was outstanding. When I mean outstanding, I mean that he couldn’t have been more perfect. The food is easily deserving of 3 stars but Drew’s service was beyond a 5. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this type of professionalism within any business. It clearly is a rarity.

went in today for lunch, The portions are small and we got a dirty knife. The place smelled like mold and the salad bar looked like it had seem better days.

I’m not a particularly big fan of Ruby Tuesday only because I try to eat healthy, but strangely enough I’ve been to a couple around the area. The food is tasty, don’t get me wrong, but I just prefer something a little less calorie intensive and less likely to give me cardiovascular disease. HOWEVER, this Ruby Tuesday is probably my favorite thus far. Mainly because the service here was fantastic. The food was pretty much the same as any other place and I thought their salad bar was well kept.
