Slow. I’ve been sitting at a table for a half hour waiting for our food still nothing. No toilet paper in the women’s restroom. The paper towels are overflowing on to the floor. I’ve told 2 waitresses and still nothing. Where is the health department? Watched a bartender stand on a chair to reach the top shelf to get some alcohol osha violation. This place is a nightmare!

Okay, so the tables were a mess and there were a few servers standing around but Amanda and Tay were awesome! Our food came out perfect! Sorry for the few that were here and waited an hour for their food!

Myself and the fam usually go here. The food is getting worse and worse as the time goes by. I ALWAYS have to return my steak to get it cooked correctly. The manager always makes it right but they have to be losing business. Get better or lose my business. When I say medium, I mean medium, not black and blue.

Can I say Amazing??? We ordered the rib sampler and there was so much on the plate that I was full and didn’t even put a dent in my plate. There were 3 different types of ribs. The ribs were extremely flavorful and the sauce was good as well. The waitress was really nice… We were seated quickly and served promptly. It was Sunday around 5 pm… I expected it to be very busy. Definitely will go here again to try something else.

I want to tell you that the next day after writing my review the operations manager from Logan’s called me to tell me he is taking my review seriously and talking to the manager and cook to correct the problem. This is unusual that someone would actually take action based on a complaint. I look forward to seeing positive reviews based on how they cook steaks. Thanks

Inexperienced staff. I ordered ribs. They fell off the bone like I like them but they were very dry and tasteless with really bad bbq sauce on them. I like the blackberry iced tea.

We arrived at 4:45 and were seated right away. Our waitress came very quickly for our drink order and appetizer order. About 25 –39 minutes later… no appetizer… it finally came, was delicious. Then the wait for our main meal… it arrived at 5:45. Steak was overcooked and the vegetables cold. The service e here has gone downhill, and it seems that it is a kitchen issue

The hostess sat us and then two waitresses walked by us checking in their tables right next to us but never stopping to ask us if we needed to be helped. A waitress can see we have no drinks and menus in front of us, you would think they would be smart enough to stop and ask. We finally got up and walked out, I’m not going to chase someone down to take my order!

I don’t understand how this place is 3 stars. I love Logans. Maybe it’s the moment for some. I’ve always received good service and if it’s not happening, you best bet they’ll know in two second of a Usan Bolt lightening pose. Anyway, I can’t say anything bad about the place foods good, place is clean, steak is pretty damn good and trust me. I have had 50 to 80 dollar steak meals that seems like it came from an Army MRE. Come here get your eat on and dismiss the bad vibes at the door, unless it’s them. Then check that … too. OK higher 3 stars lol

The steak was a 3+ at a fair price, the salad was more a ranch salad soup, sat at the bar, the male bartender appeared to have a chip on his shoulder served the salad without looking was unable to get his attention for salt and pepper, he seemed more fit for after hours clean up. Will return to Logan’s as long as no Texas Roadhouse is within a hundred or so miles.

The absolute worst service I have ever had anywhere. Waitstaff and hostesses were more worried about playing than handling customers. Saw our waitress twice in the time we were there, couldn’t ever tell her my chicken was still pink. Just wasted too much money on food I couldn’t eat. DONOTWASTEYOURMONEY.

Sat in a booth for 20 minutes and ate half a bucket of peanuts. And not one sorry fat ass waitress came to even take a drink order! So got up and went elsewhere. The service at this place has gotten shoddy here lately, so I don’t see me returning here any time soon. Don’t waste your time stopping here.

I’ve been ordering the party platter of chipotle flavored wings almost every other Friday for 2 years. Yes they’ve gotten the order wrong occasionally but, hey It happens. Today was a little different. I ordered my usual, nothing I ordered changed from previous orders. The young lady took almost15 minute to take my order and she kept putting me on hold… Too long!!! The order was finally placedn and I’m in the parking lot when the General Mgr. Calls me stating, I’m going to be charged for items that are on the menu and included with my party platter. I asked how much would I be charged and why, if the menu hasn’t changed? He stuttered and told me he didn’t know… Long story short, poor service, I cancelled the order and probably will not be ordering from there in the future.

Great atmosphere and great food! The ribs are great and the sweet potato fries are exceptionally sweet! The inside has a classic road house atmosphere and there is even a bucket of peanuts sitting at the table to enjoy! I will certainly eat here again the next time I am in the area!

After our third one star visit I wrote their corporate a note. Why did I give it a third try after two previous visits? Only because we love the Logans in Greenville, North Carolina. Over ten years, we didn’t have one bad experience, this location, three one stars in a row. I will up date with any response I get back. Below is the message I sent: The family and I visited yesterday and had an extremely unpleasant experience. What we experienced should not have even been considered dining in. It was so bad that I would make an attempt to let corporate know what is happening at this restaurant in chronological order: 1. The hostess – I am being generous with this title – more the person that was standing behind the hostess stand, was absolutely incompetent in the position. She guided us to our table and that was it. No introduction of whom our waitron would be, no introduction of specials. She guided us to our tables sat the menus down and attempted to walk away without one word being spoke. I say attempted because we did ask her for a booster seat, which she went and retrieved for us. The problem though is the one she brought us was covered in food, stick, dirty etc. and the most important part the clasp was broken. When we told her we needed another one, she let out a humph and said«my manager will have to bring you one.» The problem with most of my experience is that the employees and the manager believe the manager’s office is out of site of the dining room. It is for 99% of the patrons, we however had the perfect angle the entire visit. We watched as she told the manager, and watched as the manager as rolled his eyes and threw his head back like this was some exorbitant. He did bring us an acceptable booster seat, we did not let him know what we had just witnessed, we were to embarrassed for them. 2. Our waitress never introduced herself. The name on the receipt is Ashley R, but with no nametag or introduction I am not sure if that is actually her name. She is ripping the company off(I will get to that later), so she might have rung our purchase up under a different name. So beyond never introducing herself, my guess is either she has quite a bit of server experience and is new to Logan’s, or she has quite a bit of server experience at Logan’s and hates every second of her job. My understanding from your mantra printed on everything«#1 we give you peanuts» did not come true. At no time were we offered peanuts, and there were no peanuts on our table, we asked for peanuts after the 15 minutes of waiting for our food. 3. The food took exactly 30 minutes to come out. I can’t say if that is the kitchens fault our the waitresses speed in putting in our order. My wife and two kids enjoyed their food, mine was okay, prepared incorrectly but okay. I had the Onion«Brewsky» sirloin. The steak was cooked perfectly, but I am not sure I got the correct steak. I swear it had a wine marinade, which I am not a fan of, but couldn’t find anything on your menu that listed wine marinade, so maybe my tastebuds are deceiving me. I understand the appeal of the sizzling skillet, but mine was never hot enough to heat up the oil so what I received as a warm skillet with a tablespoon of oil and steak. Luckily all the oil pooled to one side and I was able to remove the steak to a different plate before it sat in the pooled oil. 4. And the kicker, the pièce de résistance of our evening. We find the waitress is under ringing items in the hope that she would receive a bigger tip. This was a scam for twenty years ago when people evaluated their bill before paying, it is really outdated in the 21st century when most of us hand the waitress the card before paying. Although outdated it is still continually used in restaurants under two conditions. One, bartenders do it, but make the hint that they gave you something for free, wink wink, bigger tip. Two, servers do it to people that appear poorer, they intern have a higher perceived value and then tip bigger. Of course the waitress don’t care how much money she actually shorted the company, only that she received a higher tip. Great for me, I walked out of their not paying for three sodas and a milk, I saved ten bucks, you lost ten bucks. Knowing your profit margin, you just lost money on the most marked up items you have. So my point in all of this? I am guess I am letting you know: I will never return, we took photographic and video evidence of the employees and managers shenanigans in the managers office, the employees are stealing from the company and given the high level of fraternization between the manager and employees the manager is either incompetent or in on it as well.

Had dinner with my husband tonight and I must say one of the bests experiences that we have had at a restaurant. Our server Holly was truly amazing. She was very friendly, attention to details, ensured our steaks were cooked how we liked, and also make sure that our drinks never ran out. My husband and I both ordered steaks and cooked to perfection and seasoned exceptionally well. No steak sauce needed tonight. I had also the lobster tail and it was also just as amazing. My husband and I could not stop talking about the potato soup because it was so delicious. This was a late Valentine’s dinner for us and you guys made this special with the great food and personable service. We will be back real soon and hope to have Holly wait on us again. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here for lunch. Ordered the steak/chicken combo with sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese. Order was available with minimal waiting. Enjoyed the flavor of everything. Steak cooked medium as requested. Server was polite and prompt.
