I live out of state and when I was home visiting, I went into their store in Chesterfield to buy a mattress for my dad, they were very knowledgeable on the type of firmness, different qualities then most importantly, they were incredibly focused on ensuring that I had a good experience purchasing and then at delivery, that my dad was just as satisfied.
They are the opposite of the stereotype mattress factory pushy salesmen, I was so impressed with their knowledge and caring!

We purchased our mattress from here after shopping around for a few weeks. We tried out Macy’s, Sears, Mattress Firm, Weekends Only, and a few other stores before settling on three different mattresses at three different stores. In addition to finding the best suited mattress for us at Mattress Direct, we found the staff was friendly, helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable.
We brought our phones and laid on the beds for 30 minutes while surfing the internet and waiting for out bodies to settle and adjust to the mattress before making our decision — they were find with us just laying out. Since there is no background music in the store you hear the building creaking and moaning, which is a bit annoying and makes it a bit harder to settle into a sleep-​like state.
We liked their return policy — after 30 days we can return the mattress (minus a pick-​up fee) and use the balance towards another mattress, presumably more expensive. We found their prices comparable to the other stores we looked at, and that generally mattresses are overpriced and about as painful to buy as a vehicle.
