I thought this place was great. Good price for all you can eat. Food was good. Staff came by frequently to remove plates and see if I wanted more sushi.

It was ok. I’ve definitely had better sushi. A little pricey but it’s all you can eat.

These guys are improving! Sushi is better than the last visit: rolls are more expertly prepared and no longer fall apart, fish seems fresher and more flavorful, etc. My previous comment about the amount of sauce offered with the appetizers stands. I think about 2TBSP with each would make a lot more sense… especially with the vege tempura.

I was worried how good the sushi would be at the cheap all you can eat pricing, but the appealing plating was a pleasant surprise and most importantly, sushi tasted great. I waited 2 days to review just in case, and so can comfortably say quality was good.

I love the Sushi Ai’s — and this location is no exception! :) Great staff and quality.

Walked in then walked out. I asked a question about the all you can eat policy. It states«you must eat every piece or you will be charged extra»(or something like that). We have never tried it and we were scared that we would still have to eat the sushi even if it wasn’t fresh or good to prevent being charged again. The manager asked us if we were going to order raw fish. We said no and he responded«then you don’t have to worry if it’s fresh or not since you will only be eating the cooked ingredients». I was like!!! A restaurants ingredients should be fresh cooked or raw. I question the restaurants ingredient quality. Haven’t tried it and scared to do so.

So I have been to the Sushi Ai in Maryland Heights before when I lived in that area. It was never the best sushi, but it was always sufficient for what I needed at the time and the closest sushi restaurant to me other than Drunken Fish. I must say I was highly disappointed in my visit here. I ordered take out being that it was a chill in type of night. I must admit $ 5 a roll for sushi is very cheap and I was not expecting the best sushi in the world, but $ 5 for bland, tiny rolls not what I was expecting. I can’t say that I won’t be back being that I like sushi Japan in Manchester and from reading other reviews maybe it will seem more worth it to me if I do the all you can eat.

I did the lunch all you can eat for $ 12.99. Ordered the miso soup and salad. The soup was good but it’s hard to mess up miso. I did not enjoy the salad. It was unlike any ginger dressing salad, and I am not a fan. Ordered the spicy tuna and avocado rolls to start. And then had room for a spicy salmon. The rolls are 6 pieces and on the small-medium size. Not solid pieces of fish and overall just okay.

Staff was very pleasant; not pesky at all. The décor is pretty chic for a Sushi AI and I must say I enjoy the feng shui it creates. Service was great. Food was matching. I thought the Crab Rangoon were particularly delicious. I ordered so many different rolls and honestly can’t recall each of them at the moment but I vividly remember enjoying each one! Presentation had a nice touch as well. I gladly redeemed my $ 3 off All-You-Can-Eat coupon. WINNING! Can’t wait to return.

Came here on Wed 8⁄26. Very clean. Very quiet. They added tempura to my spicy Tuna Roll. It was perfect. The spice sauce is beautiful to taste. I highly recommend it with Tempura added to it. They accommodated this request with no problem. I can’t wait to go back.
