Pretzels were good. You would think after spending $ 21 in pretzels the service would be nicer… the girl behind the counter was as rude as could be and seemed to have no patience while i was looking at the drink options… there was no one in line behind me… rude rude rude… and during my rush i was charged for an extra item i didn’t receive… and apparently they don’t answer their phone…

I like Wetzel’s and look forward to visiting when I’m at the outlet mall! They are better than their competitor«Anne» — much more fluffy/doughy. I prefer them without salt or with minimal. They taste good regardless. I like getting the bites with cheese for dipping. The lemonade here(fresh, not fountain) is delicious. It is a bit pricey, but you are paying for the location. I wish they had combos here with a drink, pretzel and dipping sauce. The last time I was here they were giving samples of the cinnamon pretzels, which were yummy. The pizza ones look good too. I will be back next time I’m at the outlet mall!

Decent pretzel. As expected. Got the original plain. No salt. It’s not as buttery as the other pretzel place so not as greasy. It was crispy on the outside. Doughy on the inside. It was food quality. They have lemonade and strawberry lemonade and it was also good. They also have pizza pretzels. Jalapeño pretzels and pretzel dogs as well as pretzel nuggets. Nice snack at the outlet mall. Pretzel was $ 3.19. Large lemonade was $ 3.49.

These were the worst pretzels I’ve ever had. They had absolutely no flavor. It was just very bland dough, with maybe a spec of salt since they salt it after the fact(which is dumb, the salt no longer sticks.) Never been to a Wetzels, I have zero desire to ever go to another. I was so disappointed I almost demanded a refund.
