Noise isn’t really an issue, except an occasional fight in neighbors’ apartments, dogs that aren’t permitted, and loud exhaust vehicles.
The grounds are crap, because no one cares. Other residents don’t mind overflowing the dumpsters, which is stupid and immature. Residents also put furniture in the corrals. There’s Goodwill and town services for a reason…

Maintenance is never around, and I am dealing with multiple issues in my apartment.
Office staff will NOT answer phone or email.
People break the rules and have dogs. Only CATS are allowed. Someone has a pit bull that’s constantly on their balcony in the heat and rain.
Price is good, it just sucks that other people make the grounds look like crap and no one cares.
