Texas Roadhouse

After being treated so poorly by the staff of The Steamboat steakhouse my wife and I walked into the Texas Roadhouse. How pleasantly surprised we were when we were greeted by the fun and happy staff on this Valentine’s Day. Great food and fast service! Our server Jamie was funny and sweet and worked her tail off taking care of her section. Great job!

The managers found out it was our first time visiting this location, a got is a free appetizer sampler. Very genuine and pleasant environment! The food was good, and so was the frozen margarita I ordered. Will be back!

We love the Texas Roadhouse and are so bummed they don’t have them near us. The bread and butter is sooo good. The country music and atmosphere is very pleasant. The steaks are always juicy and delicious! I highly recommend to everyone!

They are known for great service. We receive nothing but the best at this establishment. I had the oven roated chicken with caesar salad and baked potato. The chicken fell off the bone so juicy and amazing flavor even after i peeled the skin off. I really enjoy the atmosphere and enthusiastic staff. As it says on there shirts i love my job it truly shows here.

When I ate here, the food tasted like roadkill! Actually that was the name of my lunch. The roadkill is a 10 oz. chop steak smothered with sautéed onions,
sautéed mushrooms and jack cheese. despite the unappealing name, my lunch was fresh, hot and tasty. It also came with 2 sides, I chose the side salad, which was big enough to be an entrée itself, and a baked sweet potato. The table service also came with a basket of fresh, soft, and hot dinner rolls that were served with cinnamon butter which was really addicting. The price was really good also at only $ 9.99. The waitress was on top of her game also filling my water glass and getting me several to go boxes, since my lunch was so big I couldnt finish it.

Great food and reasonable prices. The only downside is this is not a good place to go if you want to visit as it is too noisy.

We enjoy the food at Texas Roadhouse, the hot rolls with cinnamon butter are fabulous, steaks always good but just way to noisy.

Best experience my wife and I ever had at a restaurant (married 32 years). Waitress was wonderful, manager was very nice. Food was great, gave extra to sample, never ran out of drinks. We live an hour away in Colorado but I am sure we will go back soon.

Always a favorite no matter where I go! The food at this restaurant was excellent and very consistent with the other ones I have visited! Great staff and quick service! Fits in well with the Cowboy atmosphere of Cheyenne!

Priced like Outback, but better; much better. Soft warm/​hot rolls and the cinnamon butter could be addicting. Salads were good but not exceptional, good blue cheese dressing. Steaks are perfectly cooked to order with good quality meat. Burgers also cooked to order and staff said they were safe to eat that way. Good baked potato, but fries were few and not crisp. Have not tried deserts. Ambiance is rustic western, loud, great place to have a birthday, and have pails of unshelled peanuts on the table which you open and toss shells on floor. (Kids love that). Sounds messy, but works.

Always get the best service here. I’m a huge fan of the dinner rolls with the cinnamon butter – and you can order those to go! Love the Beef Tips! Always come out perfect. One of the best places to eat here in Cheyenne!

Wow! This Tx Roadhouse was the best! We had just moved to town and they asked if we’d ever been there before, so we said no. And they brought over a sampler of beans, mashed potatoes, and mushrooms and onions, then brought over some ribs for us to try. By the time our meal came I took half home. It was the best tasting food too. Very flavorful, we were very impressed and have returned. We definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne WY!

Typical chain restaurant. Food tastes like everything else that comes off a Sysco truck.

Tuesday night special: 8 oz sirloin with shrimp smother — really good steak, cooked just right. Service was good, very attentive.

Decent steaks in a corporate chain restaurant. No magic, no bargain. Good place to haul an Airman and his buddies for some steaks & brews. Service was cheerful and prompt, short wait to accommodate a party of 6 adults.

Great steaks, probably the best in town. The rolls are awesome! Friendly staff. If you go during the dinner rush, sure it will be loud and there will be annoying little bratty children, but that is every restaurant these days. You can’t blame a restaurant for parents lack of parenting.
The food is good, the service is good, the prices are reasonable. You really can’t ask for more. We go often and have always had great food and service.

This is the worst. food, service, drinks… STAY HOME IF THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION! Called ahead. suggested by the Roadhouse… the secret code given over the phone was, of course, different than the one waiting at the restaurant… waited an hour anyway… no one’s order at the table was correct …5 out of 5. Baked beans instead of green beans… noise level stupid… not a relaxing meal… LAST TIME… Did I mention that it took more than 5 attempts to get drinks correct, sides correct, and that the food was horrible. The plain old hamburger was too sweet… yes sweet. And the parking… well there are a number of folks who think that their big ass truck will fit just anywhere…
So the reality is that there are 4 or 5 running the front desk… 10 running the seating… and the numbers go on and on… bottom line… most are rude and only interested in up selling you… make sure that you buy more alcoholic beverages but the water is not so important… profits over a quality restaurant. I would pay double for a better experience… service, food, and atmosphere.

The steak was perfect. The sides were perfect. The rolls were great. The service was exceptional. I’ve been to many other Texas Roadhouse restaurants, and this one is my favorite so far.
I’ve been several times. Sometimes the food is cooked better than others, and the service varies in quality as well.

I love this place because it’s always so consistent and the steak is ah-​mazing. I had the NY Strip & my husband had the t-​bone, we ended up splitting our meals with each other because we wanted to try everything. Monday nights are apparently Kid’s Nights (which we didn’t know) so our kids ate free, which was great. We always enjoy our meals and the bread is to die for.
The only thing I wish they’d do is keep bringing the bread by, they seem to not want to bring it unless you specifically keep asking for it, but other than that, it makes my day every time we go here.
