Love the selection at this store. And the staff was really friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. I had a really pleasant experience picking out some New Year’s Eve shoes!

I walked in ready to buy, but the service was not friendly and they didnt appear to want my money based on how they handled me as a customer. Happy holidays…

The staff needs to lay off the sales pitch just a bit in here. I prefer to shop in peace, not be bombarded by three different employees every 90 seconds.

Frustrating customer service, staff loves to use the line «it’s not in our policy to…[insert legitimate problem that the customer has]». As someone who works in retail, I know that’s code for «we don’t think your problem is legitimate» or «we don’t care about your business enough to help make sure you’re a return customer.» Definitely will not be giving them any more business.
When I bought my shoes, and when I have historically, they were very helpful and friendly. But when I had a problem with a pair (a chunk of the suede came out when I soberly wore them for a family photograph ONE TIME) they did a horrible job helping me solve my problem. When I spoke to the manager, he gave me the impression that 1) the shoes would be repaired free of charge, and 2) that it would be done within a week; but in reality, they called me 2.5 weeks later to tell me that they couldn’t repair the shoes and that I wouldn’t be refunded. Completely inconvenient, as I had already left to go back to school at that point, and if I had known that it would take more than double the amount of time for them to attempt to repair my shoes I wouldn’t have let them take the shoes in the first place.
They said it wasn’t in their policy to fix a shoe unless it was defective, but honestly I think they just sold me a lemon pair of shoes and refused to replace or refund them, which is terrible customer service. Also, the fact that I now have to pay shipping to get a broken pair of shoes sent to me a few states away because they lied about how long it would take to get them fixed really irks me. Incredibly annoyed with this store, and there are so many options in the area for shoes– go anywhere else.
