The pizza is very good, but I find this place to be a little on the expensive side. I love that they have a room full of games for the kids to play with, and it’s also a nice family atmosphere.

This is more of a customer service rant. The many times I’ve been, the sole server that is working is absolutely clueless when it comes time to waiting tables. You could be the only table there, and it is absolute torture. Every. Single. Time. She doesn’t ever make sure you’re finished ordering before turning abruptly to walk off. Every single time Get someone who knows how to wait tables to work there. Or have them train her. Also, not fun to see her and the kitchen crew smoking out front when there is your order to be cooked and delivered. Once ordered garlic cheesy bread. It was two slices of WHITESANDWICHBREAD topped with greasy melted mozzarella and served with a side of tomato sauce OUTOFTHECAN… no herbs or anything. Not even heated up. If you don’t have the food, don’t McGyver together some sub par shit. And for Pete’s sake… could you please have the ingredients for your salads so we don’t have to eat a «Caesar Salad» every time?

The 2 stars are for the pizza which is crispy and thin. Note to anyone without kids: do not go here! My mind is still ringing from all the crazy kids running around. Talk about sensory overload. The Men’s bathroom was like that of a college bar or scummy gas station. Pissy with holes in the walls and really dirty. Those with kids seem to like it because they can drink a bunch of wine and not have to watch their kids.

Borelli’s is a great spot to hang out with the family! The kids have the run of the FREE game room, while parents enjoy the absolutely delicious pizza. Also, it’s BYOB.

I visited this restaurant for the first time ever and the service I received was AMAZING. As soon as I took a step into the restaurant, I was greeted by Kayla and Cece and they provided exceptional care for the rest of the night. They offered great tips on the items and their specialties and they often checked in on us during our stay. They were both very sweet and treated us with an unsurmountable attitude. As I was walking out, even the kitchen staff was saying goodbye to me! I absolutely loved the customer service here, going to definitely recommend this restaurant to my other friends!

Had my son’s 4th bday here with family and a few friends. The game room is perfect for toddlers on up. BYOB and the pizza is good.

Game room in the back is tons of fun for kids. As always, there’s often inadequate parental supervision, and more than once I’ve seen my(little) kids pushed out of the way by unsupervised older(by which I mean, like, 8 or 9 y. o) kids /cut in line /etc. Pizza is fine. It’s not the best in the neighborhood, but it’s not the worst. The owner is super friendly, and the waitstaff is always nice(though they skew young and inexperienced). Basically, if you want to eat adequate pizza somewhere your children aren’t required to sit still all night… this is the place to go.

Pretty decent pie and absolutely wonderful customer service. Little too family oriented for me though. The kids play room is half the size of the restaurant. However, if you have a young family and want a safe, friendly environment, look no further.

Went here with my husband and three year old twins for the first time today. It was so nice to take them to a place where they could explore and have some fun. It was one of the most relaxing and pleasurable dining experiences we have Hamas a family. The staff was warm and welcoming. The food was good. The playroom with the free video games, toys, and train table were amazing. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great place for families and kids. Delicious pizza and boneless chicken wings. Retro arcade games for the kids. There’s even a mini Ferris wheel.

If you have kids, live in the neighborhood, and craving pizza this is the place to go! Borelli’s is like a mini Chuck E Cheese but not that crazy! It is the most kid friendly restaurant in the city, hands down! I cant tell you how great the service was! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. There is a back room here that has multiple pinball machines, video games, fooseball tables, a swing and plenty of toys for kids! Its like a small toy heaven! The pizza is decent, Thin Crust only but Borelli’s is BYOB. There are many other better tasting pizza joints, but none provide the hospitality Borelli’s provides for your family! If you are looking for a decent pizza place and have kids, give Borelli’s a try, your kids will love it here!

I’m totally fine with divey places, but there is a difference between divey and just dirty. As soon as you walk in you’ll smell the musky smell of an old storage locker or antique store mixed with the smell of dirt. Honestly the entire place could use a deep clean. So besides that… One of our friends was playing in the big room they have live music in and my wife had already ordered a pizza. The pizza was pretty good and was ultra thin crust. If she’d not already ordered food, I’d have waited until we left and got food somewhere else. Two stars because the food wasn’t too bad, but the server sat it down at a table across the room from us and the other people almost started eating out pizza. Will not come back here again.

Really outstanding place for pizza, parties, and other events. We had an event there for our son, and everything ran smoothly. The pizza is really, really good, and they have a really cool old-school game room in the back — foosball, old arcade games, pinball. It’s BYOB, too, always a bonus in my book!

Great thin crust pizza like is made in Italy. Kids can run around the game room and not bother anyone else, especially parents.

Great family spot — games room in the back where the kids can run wild ! Pizza is really good — had the pepperoni and buffalo chicken pizza and really enjoyed. Cheesy garlic bread is also a winner — highly recommend for a cheap enjoyable family dinner spot

Had a nice little Friday night here with some of my girlfriends. We came out because my friend was playing as part of their live music set. Ended up having some really good, super thin pizza and a ton of laughs with the owner. It’s definitely a family spot but we felt so welcome the whole time.

I live in the neighborhood and wandered in this evening with my husband and two small children. The pizza was pretty good, but what I really appreciated was the family friendly environment. The staff was really sweet with my kids, even when they were being cranky. And the game room was a major plus. We’ll definitely be regulars at this place!

First off, the stars are strictly for the pizza. If you’re a fan of ULTRA thin, cracker like crust, look no further! BUT if you don’t want to wait F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get some extra crappy service, don’t waste your time. Seriously. Our waitress was sloooooow. They had a party in the back, I think, but still… let your table know you’re understaffed(which seems to be a trend in these reviews). At one point we timed to see how long our water refill would take.(18 minutes and 10 seconds!!) If you’re out of wings, you are out of wings. Sure, serve chicken nuggets as a substitute, upon request, but don’t tell ANOTHER table that they are at least a year old! *yak*(the other table being mine) That’s just poor table-side manner. I love supporting local shops… but I just can’t this time.

I really enjoyed my whole experience here. They’re really really friendly here. We were waited on by the owner, who is so nice and welcoming. We came on a Sunday evening, and they had some live music playing(students from their upstairs school). The pizza came out quickly, and it was thin and crispy. The sauce was great, and it had a lot of toppings! The menu is kind of limited, but they also serve pasta, a few appetizers, and milkshakes. They’re also BYOB. One really awesome thing about this place is the game room. They have a bunch of old school games(pinball, foozeball, table hockey, etc). The games are all FREE! It was really fun to be able to play all of these games and listen to some tunes. Overall this is a great place to bring a date, as well as your family. They also do various teen-friendly nights, where you can drop your kids off and have a night to yourself. This is a nice pizza joint to have in the neighborhood. Will definitely be back soon!

Fun place! Went on a rainy Sunday. Got the scoop on the history of the place from the owner. Love the old school video games — well, old school to me like Galaga, Space Invaders, Pacman, etc. and they’re free! But the jewel of the back room is the one person Ferris wheel. Coolest thing ever! Great for the kiddos! This isn’t a place to go if you’re in a hurry. The owner explained the pizza oven and why it takes a while. Hey, those deep dish pizzas at the chains take a while too and people in the know don’t complain. Thin crust with the right amount of toppings. We had a cheese, a mushroom/pineapple and mushroom/green pepper. Thought between 6 of us we’d have leftovers. Nope. We ate it all! The owner’s wife explained the busy and non-busy days. Sounds like they have groups coming in too. Definitely a place where I’ll return.
