BBC is a awesome gym for the entire family! They have great classes for adults and kids too! The staff members are helpful and very friendly, they give you one on one instruction during your workouts. The classes that they offer at BBC leave you soaked with sweat and pumped up to come back the next day for more!

Bridgeport Boxing Club is a very clean gym and everyone is welcome to come and join in the classes. The kid youth classes are great and all the youth is very respectful to the coaches and the coaches are respectful to them. Our aim is to guide and direct the youth to making better decisions in their lives. The owners Shawna /​Frankie Scalise is a great team at BBC and they are always at your needs at any given time when necessary. We also have boxing gloves, hand wraps, headgears, boxing protective cups, boxing sportswear, caps, jump ropes, mouthpiece, protein bars, fitLine products and more for sale. This is a cool place to get into shape and learn the technique of boxing. Shawna and Frankie are some of the coolest people/​owners I’ve met and represent Bridgeport neighborhood well!

A great place to get a workout in. What the Bridgeport community needed for a long time. No expense was spared building out the gym. Great equipment and friendly staff who are patient no matter what your experience level. Even seen some pro boxers pop in and out who are more than willing to give advice and help. 5 stars all the way.
