The food is on point, but they are bizarrely stingy with ketchup. This is one of the very few CFA locations where you are not allowed to take as many as you need.
Today, I ordered three complete meals, including fries. The food runner brought no ketchup, so I said, «Can we please have some ketchup for our fries.» She returned with one (that’s not a typo, only 1) container for all three of us.
After a few seconds of silent, stunned disbelief, I asked, «Can we PLEASE have more than that?» She looked at me like I just shot her dog but eventually returned with… one more container… and literally threw it on the counter in front of me.

So now, after two requests and a bunch of surprising attitude, I have two ketchups for three meals. smh

I wanted to write an updated review on this location of Chick-​fil-​A because the service was outstanding! After placing my order, the lady at the counter offered to bring the food to my table. That was very kind as I was with my daughter in her stroller so that made things easy. Also, while we were eating our lunch, another worker was wiping the tables and I asked where I could get my lemonade refilled. She offered to refill my drink for me. I greatly appreciate this level of service, especially when fast food restaurants are not known for this.
Unfortunately my complaint from last year still stands true. The handicapped accessible door doesn’t work and needs to be fixed!

Chikfila is always a pleasant experience when the food tastes the same wherever you go!
The only awkward part about my experience was the couple in the corner indulging in PDA. Luckily, the taste of my sandwich and warm oatmeal cookie was not altered; I still wonder why the manager decided to walk by passive aggressively as opposed to saying, «hey, get off her neck and eat your sandwich.»

Ok. So never been to one of these places until my visit in Chicago. As far as «fast food» goes, this was a really great experience for several reasons.
1) The food was excellent in taste, freshness, and quality (I had the garden salad).
2) The staff was very polite and moved with a sense of urgency in getting people their orders.
3) The counterperson I spoke with apologized for not having a free cookie for my Unilocal check-​in, but she added my name to a wait list for my next visit. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Chicago, so she was creative and substituted another memu item which I really appreciated. This is reflective of good training in making the customer happy.
Overall, a great experience. My salad greens were fresh, berries and apples were crisp, and sliced chicken really tasty.

Another first on Leap Day! As you may know, I absolutely enjoy eating at Chick-​fil-​A for the food is much fresher and more delicious than other fast food chains. You gotta get the Chik-​fila-​A Waffle potato fries, Chik-​fila-​A Nuggets regular not grilled, and Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich! I like the look of this location with spacious seating options. free Wi-​Fi, and i enjoy the just baked chocolate chip cookie! Free refills behind the counter!

Really enjoyed CFA. The fries are amazing. And the spicy chicken sandwich was quite tender. The lineup was huge and moved fast so don’t sweat the lineup.
Wish they would open this in Toronto.

There isn’t anything great about this fast food restaurant in my opinion, if you love salty chicken sandwiches then this is the place for you. My wife tried their chicken nuggets in Atlanta’s airport and she liked it; so we decided to try their chicken sandwich in their location in Chicago.
At first sight it looked delicious and everything looked fresh so I was happy. But the taste was so salty compared to their many competitors that I wondered what was all the hype about. Don’t get me wrong their chicken was pretty good (Real Chicken Breast) but I couldn’t really enjoy it because it was so salty. If they pay more attention to there customers salt intake and health then I think this fast food chain will be alot better. But that’s just my opinion, so don’t stop eating there on my account please.

This is a fantastic Chick-​Fil-​A location.
The easy benefit is that there’s a quick, affordable, decent alternative to the pricey, white linen tablecloth places in the neighborhood. Honestly, I don’t always have to have a per diem busting meal in Chicago. Sometimes there’s a need for a place like this Chick-​Fil-​A.
A place with a great location, a clean dining room, and friendly service. I’ve visited about a half dozen times since it’s opened and have been pleased every visit.
Despite a city alderman and mayor’s efforts to block this business, it’s been a great addition to the area.

I like Chick-​fil-​A. Their food is good quality for fast food and I like their waffle cut fries. If there’s one knock on them I wish they’d be open on Sundays.
I came here only because my coworker wanted sauce that he asks that I buy whenever I visit the US and if I can get to a Chick-​fil-​A.
I went to eat on Monday here but they closed earlier than usual because it was Labor day so I missed out.

I don’t get it. Seriously, I just don’t get it. The grilled chicken was passable and the fries as well. Other than that, what makes this place so desirable? Chicken instead of beef hamburgers, probably, no? It did not help things that the air-​conditioning was nonexistence on a hot day. Noticed that this place did seem to attract quite a few Japanese, Chinese, Korean Eastern Pacific customers — just saying.

Chickfila is Chickfila. There isn’t much to be said about this except that it is packed at every hour of the day except early mornings. I usually only ever make it for breakfast.
What you can count on is a swift and easy transaction and fresh delicious food. But the wait can be too long for those who are on lunch breaks.

The spicy chicken sandwich is my fave! You have the option of adding waffle fries. They taste like your average fast food fries… nothing too crazy.
However, the lemonade here is the
so I recommend that with any meal!
Overall, this is one of the more pricier fast food restaurants but you can taste the quality in their chicken so it’s worth it!
P.s if you «check in» you can receive a free chocolate chip cookie!

When you get the fries, you HAVE to try the Chick-​Fil-​A sauce. They have offered it to me for over a year, and I never tried it until today. The guy forced it on me.
It’s AMAZING! I’ll be eating that with my fries from this moment forward. The wrapper just says «Chick-​Fil-​A sauce.»

Excellent location and great fast food. I love biscuits so definitely appreciate restaurants that have an abundance of options with biscuits on the menu. I personally believe it is an underappreciated dish on the American restaurant scene.
Turning back to Chick fil A, the food is all around great and seems much fresher than say McDs. This location is also so clean, like spotless clean.
Also, during lent, they serve fish sandwich which is always appreciated by me as I am a lover of the fiillet o fish at McDs.
Only negative would be the doors are hard to get in with a stroller.

Love Chick-​fil-​a and so glad they are finally here in the city. This location has never disappointed. Even when it is super busy it still looks presentable. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Fast service for food that was not fully cooked. Manager was in café and asked how food was but didn’t even stop to listen to my response (mid-​bite). When I pulled him aside he offered to replace it but by then I didn’t have time to wait and was grossed out.

What else can I really say about Chick-​fil-​A? I mean, the chicken sandwiches are legit, and I love that they’re not sheisty with the sauces. Pick your favorite sauces and go crazy!!!

If you’ve been to Chick-​fil-​A, then this experience is not that different. It’s in the city, in a busy area. Funny thing is that it’s next to a Red Robin and a McDonalds. Just walk down the line. The world is your oyster.
Service at this location is exceptional just like other locations I’ve been to. There isn’t too much waiting in line, and food comes out relatively fast. (Surprise, surprise, it’s FAST FOOD.) There is plenty of seating, and it’s clean throughout. You can’t take this kind of thing for granted in the city!
If you can’t make up your mind about the bevy of choices in the city, this is safe, and they don’t charge you more than they normally do just because it’s in an urban location unlike other chains.
