This concept is spectacular. I got the protein salad with chickpea, dried fig, pepitas, broccoli, peas, corn, quinoa, and spinach and topped with the lemon-tahini dressing and this was one of the best salads I have ever eaten. My only complaint is no forks — you have to either poach one from another eatery or have one on hand, but other than that, you can’t beat $ 7 for this kind of freshness.
