If you want dominos, I highly recommend you DONOTCHOOSEDELIVERY. I’ve ordered online and picked it up before with no problems, but tonight decided to order delivery rather than walk. FIRST we had to call just to add ranch to a sandwich because there is no option ANYWHERE online to change the sauce. And the woman who answered was completely rude and told us that WE were rude to call the store after we placed the order. To add some fucking ranch on a sandwich??? Next, They have an ‘order tracker’ and our order was ready in about idk 20 minutes or so. «Checked by randy at 8:30» So we’re sitting here like okay should be here soon since it’s ready it’s been checked. At 9:02 the tracker updates to ‘being sent out’ WTF? So our food sat there over a half hour after it was ready. Not to mention RANDY is the MANAGER And then FINALLY at delivery at 9:20, about an hour and 20 minutes later — where in the delivery comment it clearly stated ‘Call when arrive.’ How hard is that? But nope, wake up the sleeping baby to a nice raging loud long ass buzzer noise. Thanks dominos. Never ordering delivery again.

After lots of correct orders, they let me down. Waited over an hour for a simple order of chicken and pizza. Received incorrect order. Called to get it fixed. Never heard back again.

Always on time and ready. Great staff here that is overwhelmed. Ordered over the phone and somehow the order included an extra pizza which I didn’t want so there was mis communication. When I arrived the guy at the front also was very confused and I was. He was very respectful as we tried to figure out what happened and then realized there was an extra pizza ordered. I offered to give the pizza back I didn’t order and keep the rest of the order. He said he would make it right and that wasn’t necessary. Very tricky situation made right. I come here quite frequently after ordering online and it has always been ready on time.

Ordered from this store Saturday night, same speedy delivery(20 min) and great delivery guy. Fast forward 2.5hrs, my gut felt like I ingested fire ants and the remainder of my evening was unpleasant to say the least. With so many options, it really makes no sense to order from giant corp with supply chain mgmt. Later.

I have ordered from this Domino’s for the last 5 years. Adequate cheaper pizza. When Domino’s redesigned their pizza, this branch was reliable and the pizza was definitely better. The last few times I have ordered, it’s taken a long time and the food was cold when I got it. Probably 3 times in a row. If this was not a Domino’s brand franchise, there is ZERO chance they would stay in business. The only reason they are in business is because we remembered the Noid commercials as a kid. I’ve played the Nintendo game called«Yo! Noid» and it’s really difficult(levels 13 and 14 have a song that sounds like«Maneater»). But writing this review was easy… this location earned its 1-star rating. Will never order from there again. I just can’t justify the cost. I’d rather pay more and get Jet’s Pizza down the road anyway.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered online at 7pm — got a notification that they had started making the pizzas. At 7:45 the tracking system stopped working and I called in. After 10 mins on hold I was told that their system had crashed and we shouldn’t expect the delivery.

Absolute worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from, unfortunately I live across the street so when there is nothing left open I order from them always thinking well maybe this time they’ve learned how to make a decent pizza. Nope. If anything their pizzas get worse and worse as time goes on. Seems pretty obvious what they’ve done is turn up the oven heat so they can put more pizzas through in less time. The result is undercooked cheese, raw dough and burnt crust. It’s pathetic. If they weren’t in such a highly populated area with constantly new customers this Dominos would have been out of business a loooong time ago. Ridiculous!!!

I like domino’s pizza, but this store is always understaffed and it takes FOREVER for delivery. There is a 50% off deal happening right now so I get the increase in customers, but it took 2.5 hours for my pizza. No thanks.

With Domino’s, you usually know what you’re gonna get. The food was good as usual, but according to the tracking app my order was sitting in the store for 20 minutes before going out for delivery. This is probably why my pizza wasn’t hot when it arrived. EDIT: Removed a star. I ordered delivery from them again the other day, and they didn’t give me the cups of dipping sauce I ordered. Just to be clear, they charge you for dipping sauce, meaning they didn’t give me something that I paid for. Highly unprofessional.

I love Dominos but they tend to mess up on the tiniest things. They sent me ranch instead of garlic dipping sauces. I called the store and no one answered. I have reached out to Domino’s and all of it was scripted, saying we apologize but nothing we can do. Overall, this place is great but little mess ups like these that are simple could cost business.

I ordered online for delivery during Market Day fest so a few streets were closed off(Halsted mainly). I live right on Clark and Aldine so there should have been no trouble getting to me(as this location is on Clark and Halsted). My friend and I waited for a long time and finally received a call that they were not able to deliver because the streets were blocked off. However there was a perfectly open Clark street to drive down and drop off our pizza. We were asked to pick up the pizza. When we asked about it the employees seemed to not understand and kept denying that Clark street was an open street despite the fest. We then decided to eat at the tiny restaurant with only three tables since I was trying to eat before I had work(waiting for delivery had taken up too much time), and it was crowded and dirty. They had no cups available either for us to pour our drinks. The manager tried offering us a free 2 liter of soda even though we were supposed to receive a 2 liter for free with an online coupon. He seemed to think that offering a free 2 liter(that we already were supposed to get for free) would make up for things. Overall we had a bad experience with this dominos and will not be ordering for delivery from here in the future. The garlic bites were great though!

This location is small but good. I lived right around the corner and have called in a Pick-up order from here probably 10 – 15 times and they have always prepared my order in less than 15 minutes. They are reliable and tasty!

My son and I stopped in to pick up a large double pepperoni pizza. I tipped the cashier straight away in anticipation of a great product. After a reasonable wait we received a –NO– pepperoni pizza(AKA cheese pizza). Of course I presented my complaint and the cashier jumped at the opportunity to make it right. We continued to wait for a second tour… Then what came out was a large pepperoni pizza that wouldn’t have qualified for a basic pepperoni much less a double pepperoni pizza. sigh… Aside from the original«cheese» pizza that I never ordered that they were kind enough to comp us(the only highlight of the visit) a few things come to mind to support my paltry one star review. 1– No management took responsibility for the errors. In fact the cashier informed me that there were several managers in store at that time. I can’t imagine why there would be multiple managers on site and non were there to represent the interests of the store in light of the double error. 2– A pizza of any kind should come off the line and be a shinning example of people who care about what they do. This store’s employees clearly do not care. Overall the experience was a bust. I had to wait twice to get what I didn’t order.

I order from here all the time and my experience has been: –My pizza is always made to order –My pizza is always ready on time –When I’ve had delivery it has never taken hours and hours, always within the time frame and always the correct order I will freely admit I ALWAYS use the Dominos app on my computer or phone to order. I’ve never called this place and likely never will. The online system works great and the staff has always treated me well.

For a company that has two jobs — to MAKEFOOD and DELIVERIT — Domino’s on North Clark Street fails miserably every time. To recap today’s experience… I placed an order at 3:00PM. At 4:30PM I called because I still hadn’t received my delivery. The person who answered said they had two drivers call off, so they only had one driver on the road and all orders were running late. She suggested I could either pick up my pizza at the store, or they would bring it out when a driver is available. I told her I would prefer delivery, and she confirmed I was the next delivery on the list. She also said my order would be free of charge because of the delay. A driver arrived at 5:05PM. He said I owed $ 15.97 and there was no indication my order was free of charge. So I paid the driver the $ 15.97 + tip(after all, it’s not his fault his manager is incompetent) and told him I would call the manager. Then I realized that he didn’t give me my beverage, so I asked if he could bring my my drink. He said he would grab it from his car and bring it back in just a moment. Five minutes later he still didn’t come back, so I called the manager again. I told them I paid for the order but never received a beverage or reimbursement that they said I would receive. The manager blamed it on the driver and said she was«sorry the driver treated me that way»(again, I don’t feel like it’s the driver’s fault), and she said she was going to «take the driver off the road» and send someone else back to my house to bring my my drink and my $ 15.97. All of this is strange, because on my original call they said they only had one driver. Now all of a sudden there were multiple drivers right in my neighborhood. Anyway, at 5:30PM a second driver came to my house with my drink and my $ 15.97. So at least they followed through on that… I hadn’t complained about my past experience with Domino’s because it wasn’t really as bad, but just for reference… The last time I ordered from Domino’s, the driver was almost an hour late, the pizza was cold, and the driver refused to bring the pizza to my door. I live in a condo building and had to come downstairs in my pajamas to pick up the order when I was actually really sick and just wanted to stay in and order pizza! I will never order from this place again. They are the absolute worst.

I have to admit, I’m probably the last person on earth to try the ‘new domino’s’. The new pizza actually isn’t bad, but this location, is horrible. The first time I ordered, I never even received my pizza. After waiting an hour and a half, I called, and they assured me it was on the way. 45 min later, no pizza. I called again– it’s on the way. 45 min later, no pizza. I called again– it’s on the way. So my pizza has been in transit for an hour and a half? Forget it I’ve already had wine for dinner. So to compensate, they gave me a credit to use at a further date… but boy, I should’ve known better. The girl on the phone had no clue what I was talking about when I told her about the credit, and when the pizza finally arrived, they forgot the additional sauces we ordered. We called back right away, thinking maybe they could call the delivery driver to have him run the sauce back up, which they said they would do. Well, we did finally end up with the sauce, an hour later, to eat with our cold pizza. Do yourself a favor, and order papa john’s.
