Dunkin’ Donuts

I live right around the corner from this place, and get the exact same flavored iced coffee at every location I go to.
This is the only location that gets what I order every day, perfect. I tell every DD employee the same order, but the drink doesn’t always turn out the same. I wonder why.
The employees at this location are so friendly. I’ve lost my debit/​visa, because of forgetting it at this DD location. Instead of trying to use it as a credit card and steal money off of it, it was returned to me.
I locked myself out of my apartment once (while taking the garbage out), had nothing but my shoes and coat… walked over to this DD off of addison and western and one of the women working let me use her cell phone. I’ve had good experiences with every single employee at this location. The women during the day, the guy that spends evenings there, and other males working a number of different shifts. They remember my drink order by heart, and though there are a ridiculous amount of Dunkin’ locations, this one has always been my preference.
The ONLY thing that I could do without is Lane Tech being across the street. Too many teenagers.

I am not sure I can tell the difference between one dunkin donuts to another but I guess if I went more often I would know the difference. This location is very clean, the staff is friendly and usually everything you order comes quickly.
I usually don’t ever get the same thing twice but I do love a good donut every once in awhile and dunkin usually hits the spot.

Cheerful staff, especially in the morning where the lady at the counter knows my order by heart even when I haven’t been there in a while. Food is good, just a tad overcooked on toasted items but it is still tasty nonetheless. Bagels with cream cheese — excellent.
Overnight guy is friendly but likes to hide in the back which is slightly annoying when um you need that coffee fix.
Oh they sometimes give me hazelnut iced coffee when I want coconut so I solved that problem by ordering mocha almond from now on.

I love my neighborhood Dunkin Donuts. I live right around the corner and just love that I have gone here enough now that the women know me and have my coffee ready how I like it.
They tolerate my three kids changing their minds 10 times about which donut they actually want and will sometimes sneek in a free munchkin for them to try.
I have always had great service here and have been very pleased with my visits which are at least 2 – 3 times a week for coffee.

This is one of the worst DD I have ever gone to. This is what happened. I went to get an iced caramel coffee– cream no sugar. Simple right? I get interviewed for what kind of syrup, how much sugar (i said no sugar), do I want sauce of flavoring, or syrup. I have never been asked so many questions. And than the coffee… well it was iced milk with a touch of coffee. I asked for more coffee less cream… i got it. not without a dirty look. Ended up with ok coffee, and one ice cube. didnt even bother asking for more ice for the fear for my life.

Basically, this is your typical Dunkin’ Donuts. However, the service is what matters to me. During the school year, this Dunkin is packed with students every morning and yet the employees keep the line moving. They remember regulars and greet you courteously every time. They even remember my order! Pretty impressive!

This is a great place for fast service. They remember the way I want my coffee everytime I come in. Very friendly fast efficient service.

Finally! A Dunkin Donuts that foes the coffee perfectly, warms up the bagel exactly to the point where the smoked salmon doesn’t just sit there but melt perfectly right! Seriously I am a DD freak and I say it as I see it and I rarely give 5 stars to any place (see my reviews). I am just chessin with a smile because I always dread going to DD’s I don’t frequent. But this one hit it on the head! It’s right across the street from Lane Tech and it is 8 PM and I am just grateful they did it right because today has been the day of HELL! Great job!
I would definitely go there over and over, but its so far from me!
And just for your info, Coffee after 1 pm is $ 1!

dunky’s is tops in my book. its bascially cream and sugar with a splash of coffee – they really know how to make deeelicious coffee. mmmm… such a yummy treat.
i’m also eternally in love with «the breakfast sandwich». don’t let the name fool you, these puppies are available any time, day or nite. in fact, i think the breakfast sandwich is most appreciated during a late-​nite drunkin donuts visit.
also, i totes appreciate that when i ask for a munchkin or two, they usually just give it to me.

I’m generally a big fan of Dunkin Donuts, especially the chocolate glazed muchkins… but this location is not exactly my favorite. Last few times I went here, they charged me for cream and sugar for my coffee… Isn’t that supposed to be included???
