Dunkin’ Donuts

Just walked to this location to find out only the drive thru is open 24 hours! Its not even midnight. Doesn’t seem right to me.

Great place to sit and have your coffee. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only problem I have is that they offer wifi, and most of the they don’t show up on the list to log on. If it wasn’t for the lack of wifi, I would go more often.

I would have made this one star, but I am giving it two because I want to give props to the nice indian man who took our order while the rude lady who was supposed to be working with him just stared blankly and yelled at him while he did all of the work. I stopped by tonight (9÷12÷15) at 11:30 pm. If you know the lady who was working with him, she is doing nothing good for this business.

I would love to just give them the middle finger all day! I just went there, and the ONLY reason I ever go there is because I am to lazy (I admit it) to get out of my car (damn the convenient drive thru!) so anyways I’m there this morning I ordered a mocha toasted almond iced coffee (yummmmm) cream and 3 sweet and lows, sandwich/​hash browns, and a donut (French twist)
I pull up to the window and the lady bring my coffee to the window and I notice right away that there is NO mocha in it. So she tried to hand it to me and I say is there mocha in there?
She replies oh you wanted mocha… yes… That’s why I told you mocha… Toasted… almond …so whatever she puts mocha in it. Let’s try this again
Goes to hand it to me again I see a ring of sugar on the bottom (hate hate hate it!!) I say I wanted 3 sweet and lows (like hello you asked me I told you)
She replies with the slightest hint of attitude fine I’ll remake it… Good for you go get my coffee right jeeze! In the mean time she hands me my food and after there track record for the day I decide it’s best if I check the the bags. First bag I look into is the sandwich and hash browns fine! My orders correct! Then the other bag with 1 donut (such a waste of paper) and it looks nothing like a French twist so when she brought me my finally correct coffee I asked her is this a French twist?
And her response was we don’t have French twists… Well thanks for letting me know
Now I’m pissed! So I say I asked for a French twist if you didn’t have them why would you just think it was alright to give me another donut I don’t want? Give me a Boston cream
I pull away and the little Indian lady didn’t even so much as say her sorry for royally messing my order up!
The managers don’t even care. They are rude to this wasn’t my first horrible experience at this location, after today I am not going back convenient or not.

How do you screw up a one donut order?
Besides that, this double d is fine, I agree. I appreciate that they’re open 24 hours and am happy that they always have decent donut selections… but people that work here seem miserable.

Worst DD on the planet!!! Don’t EVER use your debit card in the drive thru or they will rip you off blind and/​or charge you multiple times. It happened to me several times! The prices are higher and the portion sizes much smaller at this DD. The employees in the early morning are the rudest, nastiest human beings I’ve ever dealt with. Most of the time the order is wrong too… how can you screw up coffee with cream and a plain bagel? It sucks because it’s the only DD near my house with a drive thru, but I won’t go there any more. I’ve been ripped off too many times!

This DD is just fine. Nothing really spectacular about it but nothing bad either. Wide variety of donuts that are fresh, good selection of ice cream, ice cream cakes, etc. Just a basic good, DD.
This review, however, is really for the soft serve ice cream. LOVE IT!!! Nice and creamy with a solid vanilla flavor. Very nice. Warning: the small is huge. Not a super selection of toppings but that’s fine, I got a sundae with fudge, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry.
One star is removed because this DD location tends to be cheap with their heating and air conditioning. Not always — but on occasion.
