Go to get ice cream and the lazy worker have the lobby closed 45 minutes before closing. This is just bad business lazy workers always kill good businesses. I went to another Donkin Donuts on 87th and Vernon much better workers

I have been to this location a lot. I am a dunkin donuts regular. Getting breakfast or coffee from this location was a disappointment one too many times. My hash browns were cold several times, stale or not cooked all the way. My iced coffee wasn’t made properly. There were times it was too sweet and not enough coffee or coffee with no creamer and not enough sweetener. I took my drink back one time and they gave me the exact same one I returned. I will not be back to this location again. I will go to Starbucks.

This location is suitable when you need to eat something and you’re right there. Within the past year I’ve started ordering the same exact thing from this location to ensure I didn’t have any extra problems when I was trying to get to work in the morning. A couple times in a row this was a fail. One time I was too tired and yes I should have been paying attention, but I was overcharged. The next day I went in and demanded my money back with several receipts to prove that I get the exact same thing every time. Most of the staff looked at me crazy, so even though I don’t really like confrontation I openly pointed out who rang me up that day and the person who usually rings me up. I got my money back then. It seems like one guy was so distracted looking at me he wasn’t paying attention to the order I got that day smh. After this I went back one more time. Order the same thing, this time I was upset because after eating my sandwich, my drink was cold and tasted horrible. I was already waaayyys away from this location to turn around. I swear it had to be the wrong drink all together. I knew they messed up because usually driving from that location, by the time I get around the Museum of Science and Industry my drink is still hot and ready. I decided to stop torturing myself. I now just make my own breakfast in a timely fashion, or load my Starbucks card and head there. Also, Subway around the corner is open 24 hours and has fresher and healthier breakfast options. :-)

Typical establishment on the south side as opposed to a reputable chain. A coffee shop without wi-fi. Only certain hours the door is open, yet it’s set in the neighborhood where people can walk. Advertised products not available. Slow, very slow service, doesn’t matter how many people are working. Sandwiches are microwaved and therefor the bread is over cooked in some areas. I had a texas toast breakfast sandwich and the toast was clearly over microwaved. Ugj! And, friendly service? From a couple, others act as if they are doing you the favor. Avoid at all costs.
