Im literally sitting in the drive threw now and the manager manny is extremely rude i told him not to be so mean to be happy and he told me go home. Then when i drove off he called me a bitch he wont give me his name i asked another nice lady she told me his name and that he was a manager. I was still sitting in the drive threw to see him yell at her i will be calling corporate to follow up on this complaint.

Blasting the radio at any business is not good unless you a Night Club. Some employees seem great, but others not so much. Sometimes it’s a little messy.

I came here to get a scoop of ice cream to go on top of a funnel cake from Checkers but when I saw that the kids cone was 2.09 I left. The place was the clean and the cashiers were nice and said they understood even if they didn’t but I couldn’t pay that price when I could get ice cream from McDonalds for .49 cent. Enjoy!

There is always some form of entertainment standing outside of this establishment. The donuts are smaller than most and the coffee isn’t the greatest but the hood entertainment is the best, the guy with the stick om his foot attached to the beach bottle and pill bottle morraccas is the best… I never tip cash though, just good advice lmao

By far, the most disgusting coffee I’ve EVER had and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is my absolute fav! I’ll get back to the coffee in a sec but let me start with the poor set-up of this location. The store’s drive-thru is so awkwardly designed that if more than 2 cars are in the drive-thru then the remaining cars are dangerously in a holding pattern on Stoney Island, one of the busiest streets in Chicago. I was in the drive-thru line for almost 10 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Back to the coffee… I ordered a medium hazelnut coffee extra, extra. I order the same thing every time I got to DD and it always come out perfectly until today. There was WAY too much hazelnut flavoring to the point where I couldn’t even drink it. It was entirely too sweet and I actually like my coffee sweet. There was no number on the receipt or online anywhere to call about the issue. If I wasn’t on my way to work I would’ve turned right back around and had them remake it but that would’ve made me late. The only positive that I can speak on is the person taking my order was very polite.

Nothing but location brings me to this place. What kind of coffee shop does not offer wifi? This one. I went to ask about it, and no employee knew how to access it. No one in the store. Other times, they were out of advertised products but, kept the signs up anyway, clearly to get people in the store. These little place are all over, I would suggest finding another or moving on to another brand.
