Obviously the chocolates and ice cream brought us into Fannie May, but the customer service will keep us coming back. Sheila was absolutely fabulous and made sure we left happy, laughing and loving Fannie May even more. She is a perfect example of what good customer service should look like anywhere. Will definitely be back because of her.

I’ve been to a few Fannie May locations and by far this one is the best. A huge selection and great customer service. Sheila was very helpful and friendly. It is great to go to a place as simple as here and get such great friendly customer service. I will definitely be back to this location again. She also made sure to tell me about the sale items and also about an up coming event they are having in the store next month.

The staff at this location is amazing. The store is really clean. I’m addicted to the Graham cracker ice cream. John and Sheila are super friendly. Every time I walk in and Sheila is there it brightens up my day. She always let’s me know what’s new and remembers what I like. I no longer but my Fannie may at the grocery store. Love it!

A family favorite and a special treat for special occassions! Every year I treat my mom to these amazing dark chocolate buttercremes for valentine’s day, mother’s day, her birthday and of course, Christmas! My grandmother used to send us the chocolate crayons from here every Chrismas as well. The Guttman family LOVES Fannie May!

the manager is a very nice person, but even more important; there pure white chocolate is super yummy. they give you lots of samples and will gift wrap your candy for you. I will definitely be paying a whole pan of white-​chocolate one day.

This Fannie May Store has been open for about a month.
It is located in the Roscoe Village Strip Mall, a few doors north of
Toys R Us.
The Store is visually attractive and new, and now is the time
to stop in and pick up some holiday candy because it is now at 50% off!
And they have quite a nice assortment of pre-​boxed candies that
are still there this day after Christmas!
They have a great store manager working here by the name of John
and he is so pleasant and welcoming.
He is so good with his customers and that means alot!
So. Anyone for Christmas mint meltaways at 50%off?
Sounds like a deal to me!
I even noticed a freezer with some Fannie May Ice Cream.
Good thing I was on my way out.:)
So. welcome Fannie May to Roscoe Village.
