I go to Beatrice. She is amazing and knows exactly how I like my hair cut. She is great with scissors and is very detail orientated. She takes the time to determine the pattern of your hair to style accordingly. I’ve gone to other stylists in other supercuts. No offense to the others but I will only go to Beatrice!!!

Don’t go. Went in at 10am with a high res photo of myself EXACTLY how I want it. A few people waiting, but not for long (we were done in 5 minutes)
Said I NEED a trim and she buzzes right through without hesitation. What’s worse? She left a huge chunk uneven. I’m not a picky man, but it looks like I did this to myself in the dark. NEVER had I had a haircut THIS bad before NEVER again.
I went in because I needed a basic trim and didn’t think it was worth 60 bucks to do something so simple… I guess I was wrong.

First time at this location. Came in around lunch time, no wait time (used mobile app), everyone was very friendly. Got the haircut as I instructed and still had time to grab a bite next door (very convenient location with plenty of restaurants.)

personally, i have followed chris around to various shops for 3 years. he has never ever given me a bad haircut. not only that but it took one time for him to remember what i want. i want my cut, shampoo, conditioner and my eyebrows cut. he has never failed in the quality of service.

You know it’s bad when your stylist tells you there are some things he doesn’t know how to do (cut layers). He then proceeded to cut a hunk of hair out of the side of my head. Enter stylist #2 to clean up the mess stylist #1 made.
You know it’s worse when stylist #2 says, «I need to tell you, something looks very bad,» (the side of my head) «and I didn’t do it!»
You know it’s so awful its almost comical when stylist #2 tells another stylist how awful my hair looks, points out the problems, and emphasizes again that she didn’t do it.
If you don’t know how to do something, don’t accept that client. It’s that simple.
