Updated– I love that they put the sauce on the side now. I can eat the Baja bowl without dressing and it still tastes great, especially with the big portion of avocado they put on top.

Only one visit to Fresha so far. I had the Southwest Salad with tofu substituted for the chicken. It was fine. I took it to go and it was served in one of those bowls(like a chipotle bowl) — and I’m wondering if that was it, but I felt hungry after having the salad. Many of the other places in the area using a taller see-through plastic bowl for salads and I think those are bigger than these bowls. The bowls work for items where there’s a more substantial base other than lettuce(like hummus, rice, or quinoa). My point is coming off as a packaging issue, but I don’t really care about that — as long as the portion size is a bit better. One thing I wasn’t sure about is I think the salad already had dressing in it, but there was also a small container on the side. I wasn’t sure, so I put half of the side in there as well — it got pretty watery at the bottom of the bowl. I’m not sure if I accidentally doubled-up on the dressing. The salad itself was OK. I think it needs some crunch. The tortilla strips in there were soggy, I guess. Maybe some kind of nuts would be a good add. Oh and one other thing — I’d prefer the salad be tossed so it’s ready to eat. I’m glad they’re pretty flexible with their menu items in terms of substituting ingredients to make them vegetarian. Lastly, I was hoping to find a place that offered fresh salad options in the area for less, but Fresha is on par with others — that’s an unfair expectation on my part. They have Belly rewards, which was nice, because at least they have something. :-) I will be back to try some other menu items… Maybe, a quinoa bowl or maybe a wrap.

I had a Mediterranean pizza, and a salad. I do not like salad(came with the pizza) but the basil dressing made it good! the chicken curry avocado topped pizza was odd also, but I kind of liked it. The service people were nice and I had cucumber water while I waited for me food, which was great during a hot summer day.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! First time here and I ordered the Baja Quinoa Bowl, delicious. Very colorful and beautiful presentation. The amount of food you get for the price is great too. The homemade chipotle sauce was great as well, I love spicy anything! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a healthy choice.

I stumbled upon Fresha Place during my routine hunt for a good lunch spot. Their menu is very small but they had a few options for me as I am a vegetarian. I opted for their southwest salad as soon as I saw the ingredients included homemade cilantro lime vinaigrette. They substituted the chicken for chickpeas and the salad was absolutely delicious. The dressing might just be my new favorite. The only reason I took a star away is because I found a couple pieces of the greens that did not look as fresh as I prefer.

Love this place! I have tried almost everything on the menu. Very very tasty and healthy. All the ingredients are fresh and dressing freshly made. No dressing or sauce from the bottle. My go to lunch place!

Great food, fantastic service! We order from them every week – they make it easy to eat a healthier lunch. Our office has a lot of picky eaters and they always tend to everyone’s needs!

A great place to grab a healthier lunch! My review is limited to my order of a southwest salad. It was a good sized portion(you’re not going to be stuffed, but very content) and all the food tasted very fresh! I really liked that they gave you the dressing on the side so your salad doesn’t get soggy just sitting in dressing. I honestly didn’t look too much at the calories, but rather what was going into my salad and there was a good mix of items. It’s a smaller menu than other places, but that’s for the best in my opinion. This lets them focus on the items they are really good at and helps people make up their minds quicker(no waiting 10 mins for the person ahead of you to decide). Eventually it may be nice to see a few more options but for now I’m going to focus on making my way through the menu!

Fantastic! I’m trying to eat better and healthier for lunch, and this place is perfect for those goals. I know there are a lot of you out there that want to eat more vegetables by the prep work that comes with it is soooooo much work! Chop, cut, slice, wash, etc. The food here is filled with all sorts of good vegetables. I had the chipotle chicken wrap(550 calories) and my friend had the Greek flat bread(410 calories). Yes… They have calorie counts on all their menu items. You won’t feel gross or groggy after a meal here.

Really delicious lunch. I had the Baja Quinoa bowl and it was fabulous. Enjoyed all the flavors in the bowl and a large serving but I did not have a heavy feeling. My husband had the Chicken Avocado Wrap and he was happy with the serving size and the great taste. We will both be back for a delicious and healthy lunch.

Great, health food place. Ordered the Chicken Chipotle salad for lunch. The salad wasn’t anything too special. It was tasty, it was healthy, and it wasn’t too pricey. All I could really ask for when looking for a quick bite. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly.

Half of my office has visited Fresha now — and they’re all sold on the deliciousness and quickness, so I decided to give it a try today! A few notes: The menu says«We use only locally sourced ingredients from animal friendly farms …» I’d like to know what/where those farms are. I think that’s very important when you’re making a claim like that, and most restaurants nowadays list the farms or suppliers(Publican comes to mind). If you can’t put it on the menu, then get it on your website or even posted in-store. I noticed another reviewer wondered about the calories and asked for extra nutritional information. This is something my office has mused about, as well. «I’m not sure if it’s really under 550 calories, but, whatever, I’ll believe it.» I wonder if there could be a breakdown of info.(How many calories in the wrap itself? How many in the dressings? Etc.) It is a very limited menu — which is fine, but just be warned — there are 11 options. I got the baja chicken salad and the flavors were spot-on(the lime cilantro dressing was great.) However, I poked at an ingredient in the bowl and it looked/felt like a fake soy protein, but it was the actual grilled chicken. It felt a little soft and I wondered if it had actually been grilled/prepped today. My salad came out to a little over $ 9, which is on par with most lunch options around here. I’ll probably give Fresha another try when I don’t bring my lunch — despite all the bits and bops listed here, it’s cheaper and more flavorful than its similarly-named-and-around-the-corner-competitor Freshii…

I stumbled onto this place yesterday and wound up giving it a try. It’s small and tucked away but very clean and modern and minimalist. The menu is not expansive and for me, it had too much chicken. I am mostly vegetarian so I felt like there could be more veg offerings. That said, I went with the chickpea wrap. They have calorie listings for every item but no other nutritional info. My guess is that this item is a sodium bomb, since it has olives and feta and is saturated with pesto sauce. Way, way too much pesto sauce. It was very greasy and messy because of the pesto. That said, I couldn’t really argue with the taste. There were tons of vegetables and even the tortilla was tasty. It had kind of an orange hue so I am not sure what kind of tortilla it was. The wraps are $ 7.99 and don’t come with anything, so I would call that about a buck or two overpriced. On the other hand, if the veggies are organic, I appreciate the need to raise prices. Overall, this is a good concept and the staff was very friendly and professional. I hope they consider adding nutritional info and perhaps expanding the menu.

I’ve been here a couple of times and love the food. My favorite is the chipotle chicken wrap, but the island bbq pizza was also delicious. The owner also brought us samples of the quinoa chili was surprisingly good. It’s nice to have another healthy option for lunch in the loop, and I like small, family owned businesses who engage with their customers.

My coworkers and I ventured to Fresha Place today for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. With most of the new lunch spots, it’s either hit or miss. I ordered the Island BBQ Flatbread. Pros: Very tasty and loaded with ingredients Came with a side salad Service was relatively quick Cons: No salad dressing for the side salad Was hoping it would be less expensive Misc. I feel like the caloric value on the menu is wrong for this particular item … based on the cheese, bbq sauce, etc. I am very surprised that this could be 450 calories. However, if I’m wrong — I am delighted! I will likely visit again and try another item on the menu.

I’ve been here a few times since they’ve opened and I’ve definitely added this into my regular lunch rotation. The food was very good. I’ve only had the quinoa bowls so far and was impressed with both. I’m looking forward to making my way through the menu. The staff was very courteous and the owner was very personable and attentive. This is the kind of place that we need in the loop, a tasty, yet healthy alternative to the boring chain places. I’ve recommended this to several people in my office and all have been please. If you’re looking for a good, fresh, low calorie and filling lunch, this is your place.

I got the Mediterranean chicken salad. Salad was alright. The chicken reminded me of the chicken at cosi(supposed to be cold and doesn’t seem fresh). Basil pesto dressing was not good. Service is slow bc I think they are still trying to figure things out. If I go back, the wraps look like a better choice.

I went here on the opening day not realizing it was their opening day and was pleasantly surprised. I had the baja chicken salad with the cilantro lime dressing and was impressed! In fact, I told a few coworkers to check the place out, which they did and they liked it as well. Wish there was more to choose from on the menu though. I will be back to try more
