I recently moved to Chicago and came into mattress firm because it was close to my apartment. I had been looking at all the sales online and stopped in. Eduardo and Joe were both very welcoming and funny.
They helped me find the perfect firmness within three beds! No wasting time laying on every single one.
They gave me the deal of a life time I just couldn’t pass up!
On top of that, they went above and beyond with helping learn about the local stores and food.
They were very funny fast and helpful.
They even called to get a spot opened for my delivery since none were currently avaliable!
Delivery was schedule between 5 – 8. They came at 5:10 and were gone by 5:15! Super fast and easy! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress!
