Great experience, we worked with Joe B who was very knowledgeable and helpful which helped us make the right decision on our mattress. Completely happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this store for anyone that is in the market. Extra plus side; I’m big on getting errands like this done quickly and we appreciated that the staff was so knowledgeable that we were able to do it in a timely fashion!

Just had a great experience at the Mattress Firm. This was a mattress for my mother, a senior citizen. She was allowed to take plenty of time and go among several models. Joe also made sure the price worked for us. He was very well pleasant to work with; I would buy from him again.

I went in looking for a mattress and after Edwardo, the sales rep, asked some needed questions to help narrow my choices, I found a comfortable mattress. Edwardo was professional and knowledgable throughout this process! I really had a great experience here.

They have a decent selection of beds at this location. Carmella was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing about this place was that there was a bed bug on one of the beds I laid on. It was dead, but it still made me somewhat uncomfortable. They do seem to have some good deals if you look around but, of course, they’ll try to sell you the expensive stuff first.

After seeing the reviews below, I couldn’t believe it myself unless all of them are fake. Recently I bought a mattress from this place and it was bed bug infested. When I entered this place the manager had a smirk the entire time I was shopping and seemed impatient with very short responses. I felt unwelcome and pressured. The mattress it self was on sale and it like a good deal, looked brand new, wrapped in plastic and everything else was perfect but once we opened it and slept in it few nights, I discovered myself in a bunch of red dots. Getting a refund was very difficult, the manager was a jerk. Accused me of lying, cursed a bunch and took a long time to get back at me. All in all, I will never go into this place, let alone buy something.

I had to calm down from being extremely pissed before I wrote this review. Last Saturday, I went to this location to see if I can get next day delivery since I work M-F. I also asked would it be a problem since it would be Mother’s Day. I ordered with Joe — the manager. He said the window for delivery would be from 9am-1pm and I would be called 30minutes before they arrived. Sunday, Mother’s Day, 1pm, still no delivery. When I called to the store I had spoke with John. Come to find out, my merchandise wasn’t even loaded to the truck. I was told that Joe didn’t even schedule a delivery date, it just stated«ASAP». I cancelled my order the same day. John explained that since Joe is the manager, only he has the right to do the refunds. I spoke with Joe Monday morning and he told me that my refund was processed — that I should receive it within 48 hours. It’s been 72 hours and I still have no refund. I contacted my bank and they even said I should have my money by now. Somehow, each time I have an issue, this«manager» Joe is off and I have to deal with John. John called customer service for me and say told him that my refund was not even processed! So this jerk of manager is upset because he lost a sale? …that he wanted to process my refund whenever he felt like it or when I kept calling about it??! I could tell by his whole demeanor that he did not want to be there that day. If you don’t want to spend your life selling mattresses that’s not my problem, it’s yours. You still have to do your job. They need to give John his position if Joe doesn’t want it. Unfortunately, John had to experience the backlash but always had the attitude of trying to resolve my issue. I appreciate him although I’m filing a complaint about this store.
