They apparently are selling stolen phones! The phone I purchased is not defective and worked fine until we did a restore, which is when we discovered it was locked from the Find my iphone app from the original owner of the phone. So either MBC sold me a stolen phone or they know the original owner and are unwilling to help me… Either way I expected more support. I have been working on resolving this issue for over a month. I have been on the phone many times with amazon and twice with Apple. When I try to call MBC the man who answers the phone says I have the wrong number. So literally I have a very expensive paperweight and a very bad taste in my mouth for purchasing items from MBC.
I implore you to take a second look at this situation and see if you can find a way to help me.

I’m going to say since they fixed my phone I was kind of thankful. But they did not fix motion sensor, so I couldn’t put my entire ear on the phone, or else my cheek would end my call!
