I hope this place makes it(it doesn’t have the best location, as it is on a side street off Broadway) as it is my favorite frozen yogurt place; the yogurt has an excellent tart flavor Also to like — this place is ultra clean.

yeah yeah, I’m obsessed with yogurt… I know. People don’t believe me when I say I prefer it to ice cream. Well I do, so shush. This is a super cute cozy typical yogurt place. I find the fruit sometimes to be not as fresh as other places. But it is the closest one to my work and I will keep coming back. Go yogurt!

Have you ever been overwhelmed with silence because something tastes so good? This yogurt does that to you! There are truly no words that give the yogurt here justice. The yogurt has a really light and refreshing flavor to it; the second it lands on your tongue it smoothly melts away and it is not at all creamy, it’s just tart, sweetened to perfection, and smooth. This might be a little much but I’m a huge foodie and I honestly can’t even describe my own experience, it was pure bliss! My Yogurt is, «As good as it gets!» I have tried yogurt in Houston, Guatemala, Florida, Italy, Mexico, Brownsville, and all of the chain yogurt shops in Chicago. But this place is really at the top of the list for me. The plain yogurt is the best, and the seating is peaceful and in a somewhat hidden location. Enjoy!

This little yogurt shop has all of the right ingredients for a cute neighborhood spot, which is why I really hope this place survives. It’s a cute spot, and I love the new bench that they put outside for people to sit in the summer. The service is very friendly, and I believe that it’s a family run business. However, I will say that the flavor of the yogurt isn’t quite my preference, and I found the prices to be a bit high. Downsides(mostly in terms of the business model): 1) They really need to be open on Sundays and close for a day during the week. It really depends on local, neighborhood people and most of us work during the week, but we love a leisurely stroll on the weekends! 2) Signage — to attract people from Broadway they need a sign that people can see to lure them down the street just a few steps to go inside

I love the location of this cute yogurt shop! I think there used to be a cupcake place here… it’s so cute and neighborhood-y. The froyo is good. I think the original tastes a little like yogurtland’s original. The wild berry flavor is too sweet for me. I agree that the owner is super nice! It’s nice being in the store because you feel appreciated as a customer, which is always a plus. I must agree with other people’s reviews though, there is definitely a hollow spot in the middle of the froyo, making the sizes significantly smaller than those at competing stores. Also the yogurt melts pretty fast. Make sure to get a frequent buyer card, you’ll get you 11th froyo free! :)

It’s tart and all and more icy than creamy and though it claims to be healthy, the ingredients still list corn syrup. Being from the state that started this whole froyo craze, I’ve eaten at a lot of place and My Yogurt’s only mediocre. The lady is super friendly but so stingy! She picked my berry toppings one by one, ensuring that there was exactly 3 – 4 each of blackberry, raspberry, and blueberries. Then as Dan K mentioned, my froyo cup was completely hollow in the center, only the sides were lined with a paltry amount of yogurt. That just strikes me as plain shady because c’mon, yogurt’s not expensive to make. Definitely not coming planning on trekking it back here.

I really wanted to like this place. I was SOEXCITED to see a yogurt place(a real yogurt place) closer to me. I’ve been going to the one up at Clark and Diversey and the one on Halstead. They beat this place by a longshot. Why? I thought you would ask. Well, the lady who owns this place is shady and lies to her customers and must think they are dumb as rocks. What do I mean by that? I thought you would ask. Well, I orderd the medium size cup and had her put the three fruit toppings on. I was eating my yogurt and it was delicious. the fruit was wonderful. Pure heaven. I was so excited. Then it happened. I somehow managed to eat the middle top part of my yogurt first and it revealed that for about 2 inches from the top to the bottom of the bowl it was all hollow! She started the yogurt at the bottom and went around, but only up the sides and then she covered it at the top with more yogurt and berries. but the middle ALLTHEWAYDOWN(You could see the bowl’s bottom in the 2″ hollowness in the middle) was completely hollow. I asked her about this and she said«it’s because it’s not a scooped yogurt like the other places and with the machine it ends up like that.» And then she smiled and I went on my way. I was so pissed. She really thought I was that stupid. And what a stupid story. When you get a cup, you better check to make sure it’s not half empty underneath.

I almost want to ask people not to go to this place(although i wouldn’t be crazy enough to do that!) because its so cute and out of the way of everything. I want it to be my private little frozen yogurt heaven! The owners are SUPER nice and amazing and are contstantly looking on ways to improve, so suggest a-way! i suggested lots of different flavors but to be completely honest they are just perfect the way they are. The wildberry tastes fantastic and like other Unilocalers have said, it actually tastes like yogurt! You know, the kind you buy in the grocery store that says«organic, natural» etc. I highly reccommend this place. There is one store, not a million in some sort of chain so the service is really great and its individualized and overall, when you have the choice to go here or all the other bullshit places,. JUSTGOHERE.

Stopped in here with a friend to settle our stomaches after gorging on Chili Mac’s. The main selling point was that they had«fro-yo» on their sign, which my friend found hilarious. I wasn’t expecting much, especially because no one was in there. They offer two types of yogurt– plain or berry. And they offer all sorts of toppings: Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and even pomegranates. Also available were cookies and cereals and other sweets. Everything was really good. The yogurt was very light and tasty, and everything was real fresh. I really enjoyed my yogurt. Support independent yogurt! This place probably won’t last long because the location isn’t ideal. However, its a good place to have a snack and rest your feet while shopping up and down Broadway.

This place is adorable, and exactly the sort of local establishment I love to support. I’ll admit that I’m a big(tart) FroYo fiend — it’s a bit of a problem. I do love Red Mango, but when I’m in the area, I will find every reason to stop at My Yogurt. The yogurt flavors are like Red Mango and Berry Chill in that they’re tart. I’m usually an «original» kind of girl(original with mochi, please!), but the berry flavor is really good too. And they do swirls — wooo! Little things in life. It’s tucked away a bit, so I hope people find it — the owners are incredibly friendly and I want this place to succeed.
