I have good news for anyone who charged their services to Care Credit. After I sent them my Disput Charges paperwork, I received notification that they have forgiven my debt and also reimbursed me for what I had already began to pay off. I should also note that I only disputed an amount equal to the number of treatments I had not received yet but was guaranteed in my contract.
Even if you didnt use a Care Credit card, I’m sure any other credit card company would do the same. Good luck everyone!

I’ve contacted the Attorney Generals office. Seems the owner has filed for bankruptcy. Make sure all of you who have been taken by him files a claim in the IL bankruptcy court. Download a form and send it in.
