I mean, this place just opener and has no tap… but it’s called O’s Tap… so it can’t be five stars YET. They have a nice bottle and can selection, TVs for your sports viewing pleasure, a pool table, and fun chalk sidewalk sign. Once they get some draught beer, it’ll rate higher in my book!

This place is great. Whether you’re just passing by and want to stop in for a quick drink or want to kick back for a while and have a good time with some drinks, this is definitely the place to go. The staff is super friendly and make you feel very comfortable, and not pushy or rude like many other places I’ve been to. Every time I’ve been there, whether I’m alone or with people, there was always very friendly customers to hang and chat with, and make friends. This bar has a very nice feel and look to it, and is always super clean. I also want to mention that the bathrooms are not all scuzzy like most bars, very well kept and clean, which is a huge plus in my book. O, I can’t forget to mention, the prices are unbeatable, you don’t have to break the bank to go out and enjoy some drinks here. There is also a nice quiet closed in smoking terrace out back, so you don’t have to feel like you’re packing up to leave just to go have a smoke break. 2 huge TV’s for the games and a pool table as well! The location is a huge plus for me and probably many others, just a short walk from the Blue Line and plenty of taco and hot dog joints nearby… As Arnold says, ‘I’LLBEBACK’ O, yes I will!!!

Never stopped into the place before(whatever bar it was), but I had to stop in in after i heard it was re-done in there. Glad I did. This place’ll definitely be in my weekly rotation. Great addition to bucktown’s group of neighborhood pubs.

Newly renovated and great prices! We were always sad to see the«medical leave» sign with the re-opening month pushed back constantly but glad they were able to open again and it looks like they put a lot of love into getting things back up and running. These are seriously the cheapest drink prices I’ve seen the entire time I’ve lived in Chicago. This place is easy to miss when driving by and looks pretty divey from the outside, but there’s no need to be scared to go in. There may be a regular or two, but there’s not going to be any sort of record scratch and heads turn when you walk in. Everyone’s friendly and there for the same reason you are. Oh, and O’s is part of what I’ve been calling the«Walk Western» path — starting down at Challengers(or coming off of the 606), hitting Margie’s/Quesadilla/The Art of Chicken/Paladar for food, grabbing a drink(or two or three) at O’s, hunting to get a piece of your childhood back at Toy de Jour, looking for oddities at Sideshow Gallery, and ending up at Logan Arcade. Great date day all in one stretch of Western that most people miss while doing the same old Milwaukee Ave stuff. All this while getting some exercise walking Western!

First time in this brand new place. The pours are heavy, and the bartender is great. It’s just bottles for now, and they say taps are coming. We’ll be back for sure.

What was once a rough spot is now a new dive that has been refurbished and looks great. The prices are cheap, $ 2.50 for domestics and plenty of craft taps on the way. With ample seating, a back patio, pac-man machine and two huge 60″ flat screens it’s a terrific spot to watch the games and kick back. Soon they’ll be grilling out on the back patio, and your steps from Red Hot Ranch, Congress Theatre, Western Blue line, and Las Asadas for good eats… CASHONLY and well worth a stop. Enjoy my people…
