One week of bedrest and prescription-​strength medications offered no relief from severe cold/​sinus/​allergy symptoms. Luckily, I had a routine appointment with Giselle prescheduled– and I’ve been singing her praises since. Will spare graphic details, suffice to say the nastiness clogging up my nasal cavity drained the next day. Finally, I can breathe clearly, have lost the foggy-​headedness and my energy levels are up.
Giselle’s warm and non-​judgmental approach puts me at ease. Where I am normally uncomfortable discussing my health with whitecoats, I divulge information about my body to Giselle like a close friend over coffee. And she listens. Then in addition to the treatment itself, she offers nutritional tips and remedies to maximize benefits.
I really, really heart her.

Giselle is great! This was my first experience with acupuncture, and she made me feel totally comfortable, personally, and the treatments were extremely effective. Among other issues, I went to her as we’d been having some trouble conceiving our second child. Could be coincidence, though I doubt it, after two sessions I was pregnant!
If I could afford to see her weekly, I would. She takes a holistic approach to health that far exceeds anything I’ve experienced with a traditional MD.

Giselle will be your gateway drug to acupuncture. She is so great at what she does, and an awesome person to boot. She takes a ton of time to learn about your issues and once the treatment starts nothing is ever rushed.
If you are an acupuncture n00b, she is the perfect person to introduce you. Very personable, huge on music, and not really your zen/​hippie/​usual acupuncturist, she’s the right fit for professionals that are trying to get some relaxation/​relief into their day.
