Horrible. Everything was horrible. I ordered the sarpinos chicken sandwiches, Buffalo wings, sarpino’s shrimp pizza. Everything was truly horrible. Delivery was fast. Food was the worst I’ve had this year.

I usually eat Domino’s but recently switched to Sarpino’s. One of the best choices I’ve made. This store in specific is great. Fast service and fresh pizzas, always. Thanks Sarpino’s!

Too pricey and the pizza isn’t even all that. They should have stayed in the suburbs. This chain does not deserve to be in a city with a hella of a lot more great pizza options around. And for this I’ll pass on them.

I always order from this particular Sarpinos. The pizza is delivered within the promised time frame and sometimes sooner. Their pizzas are fresh, the cheese is loaded on as I like it. I do ask for extra cheese. The sauce is perfectly sweet. The crust is well, heavenly good. It’s soft and buttery. It’s a really good pan pizza. The ingredients are satisfyingly good. On this order, I had asked for sausage and mushroom on half the pizza. It was very good and filling! I have ordered numerous times here for myself and for others in my home. There was never a single complaint, in fact there’s never anything left. Quality is great and so is consistency! Delivery guy(s) are great too.

I used to order from Sarpino’s often with no complaints. The food i’ve ordered from there was always good and hot. But this location is the pits and i’ll never order from there again. I ordered a medium sized pizza with capicola and spinach with the regular crust. That’s what I usually always order. That night when I got the pizza it a regular sized pizza with thin crust. I called them back immediately ant told the rude person on the phone that my order was wrong. He kept saying no, no you got the medium than hung up. I even measured the round cardboard it came on which measured 10 inches. I know it was smaller even before I did that since the box had way to much extra space in there. I then emailed the company and called the company twice. No one ever got back to me via email or phone call. That’s just not right or fair. Your company lost a good customer. Not that you care obviously.

As far as quick service pizza places go, sarpino’s is by far my favorite. Lots of toppings, quick, and just plain. Lots of interesting specialties and gourmet pizza options too. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s «the best» pizza, but for what it is, it’s really good.

I will never again be giving my business to this shady establishment. My pizza had hair in it and what looked like saliva on the top. There was a nasty polish woman working after midnight who refused to refund my money even though I hadn’t touched the pizza because there was hair CLEARLY on it. She was rude and unapologetic and I will never come here and will tell all of my friends that come here from school to go to the dominos down the street instead. I’m also going to call the city and ask them to inspect this establishment since they’re clearly unsanitary.

I always order from this Sarpinos and my pizza gets delivered in 30 minutes! Always! And the best part is that the pizza is always like fresh out of the oven! I recommend their pizza and delivery service 100%

This pizza joint isn’t terrible, but it’s also not great. I would say if you are not too picky, then it’s perfect. IF you are picky, go somewhere else. The cheese and sauce are low quality.

Pizza is delicious yet customer service is lacking. If you want the 15% discount, you order online. Easy enough. You’d think. I have NEVER been able to order online… by smart phone or computer. A few times, the person on the phone seemed to know the website was bad and gave me the discount. Tonight, the guy was an imbecile saying if I wanted the discount, I’d have to order online. Three times I told him that the website didn’t work and 3 time, this MORON said, if I want the discount I should order online. 3 times. So very frustrating!

Great pizza! We love the fact that this is one of the only pizzerias that have sun-dried tomatoes as an ingredient! Love em! And thanks for the speedy delivery!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Sarpino’s but my last experience was down right awful! My bro loves Sarpinos because of their wide range of toppings and it’s a damn shame we won’t be ordering from here anymore. My brother and I had a coupon where If you buy 2 pizza’s you get a third one free. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to honor their coupons! What do you know? No third pizza… thanks Sarpino’s. My brother called back to complain, he was very polite. The manager insisted that he gave us the pizza… what a rip off. By the way, the pizza is overly salted and skimpy on the toppings that are given. I should have just went to little Caesars. Note: I’m no way affiliated with the little caesars staff or their company.

Have eaten at Sarpino’s before but not at this location. Called to order a No Cheese pizza and was given a very hard time about it from the person I spoke with. Really? How hard is it to NOT put cheese on your pizza and just put extra sauce? The person was very rude and condescending to the point where I hung up the phone and gave my business elsewhere. Would rather go hungry or eat Spam rather than get anything from this place.

So after a long day spent in the ER after slipping on a patch of black ice, I was hungry. I ordered online an XL pizza, double pepperoni, double mushrooms, and yes I was charged for it. I tipped the driver a good 30% and waited for my pizza. The pizza arrived in a reasonable time, but my pizza only came with single pepperoni and mushrooms. Calling the location got me about a five minute wait on hold and no sh*ts given over the missing items on my pizza, The manager’s answer was that fresh pizza is their priority, never mind paying for or getting extra items. Not getting anywhere with a discount on my tab on the missing items I paid for, I tried the nuclear option, OK, enjoy your review on Unilocal. Five minutes later the manager calls back sounding apologetic, but another phone rings on his end and he promptly puts me on hold. Sorry, if I’m not your priority, don’t bother calling me up. To sum this up, I paid for a substandard pizza at Downtown prices and got half the order I paid for, customer service is just what could be expected for the neighborhood. Anyone giving this location and its pizza five stars on Unilocal probably considers Olive Garden haute cuisine.

wow. I gotta say, I’ve had pizza from some of the«best» Chicago pizza places but this one is my new all time favorite for thin crust. It’s not super thin or crunchy so if that’s your thing 1.) don’t even and 2.) you’re probably not going to be a huge fan. I however, am a huge fan of Sarpino’s Pizzeria. It was a cold and blustery day. It was snowing and blowing and I couldn’t bring myself to leave the office for lunch, nor could I bear the thought of a poor Jimmy John’s delivery person pedaling in the snow to bring me my lunch. «Pizza?» I asked myself. Yes. It had been less than 24 hours since my last pie but I couldn’t get the idea out of my head… Lou Malnoti’s had failed me the night before. My boyfriend and I agree that their thin crust is much too thin and crusty. I order online through Unilocal. They arrive about 40 mins later… The pizza is hot and perfectly sized –adorably nestled in it’s miniature pizza box. It comes with extra marinara on the side and a packet each of red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. For good measure they also include a pepperoncini, which I appreciate. The pizza is perfection: fluffy crust, savory sauce, and tons of stringy cheese. It perhaps had a bit more sauce than I like however when sauce is this good, who could complain? I ordered a caesar salad which I gobble up. Plenty of croutons and dressing on the side(2 little cups worth). It was great. Together, the salad and pizza live happily forever in my tummy. On a more practical note: This place has zero hype compared to the typical Chicago pizza chains. And it’s clear to me that the quality is SOooooooo much better at small pizza joints like this. I think I am making a vow to avoid Chicago pizza chains, at least for a while. Sorry Nancy’s, Lou Malnoti’s, Home Run Inn, Palermo’s, and who ever else is left(excluding Giordano’s of course.)

Landed in Chicago about 11 pm and we excited to experience our first pizza in the city! It was too late to go out(for us) and so delivery was the next best thing! We found sarpino’s on Unilocal and reviews looked pretty good for the places that were open late. We ordered 3 of the deep dish pizza’s. The special chicken, the special cheese, and sausage pizza. I didn’t have the sausage but friends loved it! The other two were great! Great place to order when you want a quick and easy pizza fix!

Always yummy and reliable to order from here any night of the week! They’re always open until 3am. Order from their website instead of third party apps, they offer way better deals and coupons.

Fast. Yummy. And they drew me a unicorn on my box because I told them I had a shitty day at work. Very friendly in my book!

If I could give negative reviews, I would do so. I ordered here last night around 12:40am. Around 1:20, my order arrived. Everything correct. No complaints for 1am food. I fell asleep on the couch around 2, and my cell phone rings. I answer it, and it’s a Sarpino’s driver telling me my food has arrived. I said no, I’d already received the food, thanks & good night. Ten minutes later, same number calls again. «Are you Caryn? Buzz me in. I have food.» Excuse me? It’s 2am, I’m home alone, and I’m CERTAINLY not buzzing you in when I JUST told you i got it already and thank you. I told him not to call again. Fast forward to 3:00am, my boyfriend is home and now we are sleeping. MYDOORBUZZERISRINGING. Are you kidding me? I look at my phone and now a DIFFERENT number has called THREETIMES. My boyfriend goes downstairs to tell him please leave, and that we have already received the food and to stop calling me. Mistakes happen. I told the first guy no big deal, but that seems like a serious lack of communication on their part. And don’t ring my buzzer at 3am.
