Primarily used for catering lunches in my office. Good sandwiches, nice presentation/arrangements. Also a good deal if you choose the salad/sandwich combo. They offer a cookie basked upon returning past baskets & a gift card! they stopped using real baskets for the sandwich display, but moved to carboard, it still looks nice. Their pizzas are individually sized & thin. Not the best option for gluten free meals or dairy free(their bread is great & cheese comes on most of thier items)

Got overpriced breakfast from this place this morning and it was virtually not edible. 2 scrambled eggs were more salt than eggs. If you’re in the mood for some salt… go here.

I go here a lot because it is in my building but no matter what every time I order a ceaser salad they give you the top of the romaine lettuce. This is the lettuce that is very dark and very bitter. I have to literally spend my time digging all of the dark lettuce out only to then get a quarter of the salad i paid for. I can no longer support going here when I can go to Pret and get better quality lettuce. Please for the love of everything ONLY use the light green parts of the romaine, the other dark stuff is not good.

It’s hard for me to get up and make a full breakfast in the morning! I work right around the corner from the Illinois Center where Sopraffina is located. I walked in to the building to buy coffee and decide to stop in. Going in there was the best thing I could’ve done! I ordered the all american Breakfast and a coffee, all under $ 9. The nice spanish lady at the register helped me out and told me about the coffee they serve. I will be going back for breakfast before work again.

Solid sandwiches, good dessert cookies, tasty salad. We had them for an office meeting. The salad is in no way healthy, but delicious — candied walnuts, crumbled feta… Sandwiches are fresh and tasty, wraps also. I don’t like the thick bread but prefer the thinner wraps.

I frequently am in Chicago working at our office there, in One Illinois Center. Sopraffina is one of many lunch spots in the pedway concourse in the lower level, but it has become one of my favorites. So many of the other choices taste like fast food. Sopraffina is one of the few that tastes like«real restaurant food.» I especially like the lasagna(add the meat sauce when asked) or a chicken salad sandwich. Portions are fairly large, but reasonably priced given the size.

This is my favorite of all the Sopraffinas that I have been to(the one on Jackson and the one in the Aon building are distant seconds and thirds, respectively). I appreciate that half portions of the pizza and paninis are available. The seasonal salads looked good, also. It seemed like the ordering setup was less fraught than at the Sopraffina in the Franklin Center – that one has CF written all over it. On my most recent venture to this Sopraffina, I ordered the caprese panini. Extra delicious and, for the half portion, quite reasonable. I might have come after the lunch rush, but it seemed like the place was relatively calm, for all that it is a Pedway spot. It is also worth pointing out that the attractiveness quotient of the male customers at this location is high – lots of eye candy to look at.

Quick, easy, not-cheap work lunch options. They have a combination of sandwiches, soups and salads, plus pasta and pizzas, a nice departure from all the other sandwich/soup/salad shops. My favorite salad is the Hilltop — mixed greens, candied walnuts, cranberries, gorgonzola, and balsamic vinaigrette. With chicken and a roll, it comes out to about $ 10, definitely on the pricy side. The only thing I don’t like is the chicken — it tastes like they just blanched it and it’s completely flavorless, even with the dressing. Other than that, definitely a decent lunch option.

I love this place! For some unknown reason, I hadn’t been until today, and now I’m kicking myself. Reasonable prices, friendly service(at the counter), and good food. My only complaint, which isn’t totally fair to hold against them, is that their salads have an ungodly amount of fat. The Farmstand Salad? 72 grams! At least it was large, and incredibly delicious!

Out of all the places in the Illinois Center building complex this is the place I eat at most frequently. My favorites are the salads made-to-order(and there are several, all good, to choose from) and soup(always minestrone and a soup of the day). They also have side dishes like caprese salad, tuna salad, nicoise salad, are others can be a meal by itself if ordered in twos or threes. I don’t eat the pizzas or pastas but they look really good. Same for the paninis. They seem well managed and I see the same people who all are very nice.

The salads at this place, incidentally for which this establishment is lauded by naïve loop office workers, are just plain gross. The dressings are way too oily and if you’re vegetarian you’re forced to eat nothing but lettuce with trail mix on top. But half an extra star for its efforts at using biodegradable green packaging and another for the occasional proffering of quinoa. Just wish they could get their act together for food.

Great work-day lunch spot! Sopraffina’s always buzzing with customers around lunch time, there’s typically a 10−15min wait but the service makes up for it! I luuuuuuuuuv the custom pizza /pasta line, the chefs are über happy and cheery, always ready to help and never flinch even if I have the silliest requests(no diced tomatoes on the pasta, but croutons please?) Hey! I like them crunchy! New tip today: Got out of a meeting late and didn’t grab lunch till 3pm… DIDYOUKNOW they have 50% off after 3pm!?! None of that soggy leftover stuff(which I thought the pizza will be), they still custom bake the pizza, ditto! So glad I got out of a meeting late, even though I don’t plan to have late lunches daily, I can do $ 5 pizza any day!

We recently moved to this building and I’m still exploring the many many options that the Pedway offers. This ended up being one of the first few I tried — and I couldn’t quite make up my mind about it. I got the stuffed shells(I’m vegetarian) and I wish they did half portions of this — because it’s good but HUGE and not something you feel like eating again after lunch. My colleague tried their half-pizza — tomato basil I think — and quite liked the crust. Will update with more info as I try it again to make up my mind one way or another!

I think I have an addiction. Can someone be addicted to chicken salad? There. I said it. I love Sopraffina’s chicken salad sandwich(although the tuna salad comes in a close second)! The chicken salad is meaty served on a large roll with lettuce and tomato. Best way to eat it? Combine the two halves into one half sandwich and viola! you’ve got the perfect chicken salad sandwich! A great place to grab a quick lunch or to have box lunches delivered for a meeting. The box lunches come with fruit salad, chips and an amazing cookie. I hate working through my lunch– but if I know Sopraffina is on it’s way– I can usually rally through and end my lunch/meeting with a smile on my face!
