Please is actually clean & the workers are friendly– my only issue is that they don’t spread the food on the bread evenly! I know it’s silly, but we live right there so we go a lot and 99% of our subs they put all the toppings right in the middle, so they just kind of pile up. One time I got mad & I got up the nerve, mid sandwich creating, to say«would you mind spreading the toppings to each end»(he was on onions), he said sure, spread the onions to each side, then went right back to putting everything in like a two inch area in the middle! One time I brought my girlfriend her sub at home– there was one inch of bread on both sides! That’s a four inch sub, not a six inch sub. It’s silly I know, but we want to love it, it’s making it really hard to go back

I came here tonight to get a bite to eat as I walked into the restaurant and set my purse down to get my credit card out and a coupon for my meal this pakistani guy stood there saying«Lady do you need something?»…If I didnt have restraint I would have straight up cursed him out saying«is that how you talk to a paying customer?». I proceeded to walk up to the counter to order my food and handing the coupon to him showing what I was wanting to order. The guy walked over to the doorway to look at the coupon in the light and then hands it back to me telling me the restaurant didnt participate in the promotion to accept the coupon I had. I said no thanks and walked out. You have to wonder how Indian and Pakistani workers speak to African-Americans especially a well spoken black woman such as myself who does not conduct herself like a hoodrat and is respectful. I am amazed at how the perception of blacks is really negative especially in the case of this location the majority of their clientele is white. I will not come to this location anymore there’s too many others that have better customer service skills and properly address customers in a respectful tone.

Always very kind service. This is probably the best Subway in Chicago. The food is fresh, they never run out of an item, and from the manager on down, they are the nicest people. Thank you for always being kind considerate and the best of the best!

I mean, it’s subway. It’s decent food… but I only come here when I need something cheap and unfortunately you get what you pay for. If I want a similar sandwich that’s better quality for the money, it’s Jimmy Johns, Potbelly’s, or NYC Bagel Deli for sure. But this location? They skimp. I’ve never had subs so thin. You’re basically just eating bread. Never really had an issue with getting enough fillings from other subways – either in Chicago or out-of-state. I get it, it’s a franchise. But really? It wasn’t just a one time thing. I’ve been working in the area for a year and half, and they totally skimp every time. Unless it’s lettuce. Normally I’d just say forget it and move on. But I’m tired of wasting my time and money. The crew is generally really nice – though I find I have to repeat things to them or correct them sometimes(3-inch sounds nothing like 6-inch other than the«inch» part), I’m indifferent towards the owner… I just hate getting a 6-inch sub for lunch and still feeling famished. Disappointment.

One of the better Subways in Chicago. They are open late, and usually have better prices than my local subway. It’s Subway, what more can you say?

Okay. I realize Subway isn’t a five-star restaurant, but compared to other Subways, this is the absolute best I’ve ever been to. I’ve only gone during the lunch-hour, so I can only really attest for the lunchtime crew, but man, those employees are fantastic. They actually seem like they are generally happy people and that they like their jobs. Every time I leave this place, I’m in a good mood. PLUS, they play all the current Top 40 hits, so you’ll leave with a crappy(but awesome) song stuck in your head.
