I wont strp foot in this place. I went in for help and it was like a play ground. My phone was locked and the rep said he could not help me because it might be stolen !!! Are you kidding me ??? I been with T mobile for 10 yrs and thats the thanks and help i get. He could have called me on my phone check my I. D and verified my account and tried to help me instead I get insulted. The manager on site was no help either she looked like she was too busy. Never Ever again will i step foot on Roosevelt for Help.

Although the employees were friendly they didn’t want to service me properly because it was close to closing time I’m getting an $ 800 phone and they didn’t want to transfer my photos to the new device. Telling me they can’t stay an extra 30 mins after closing to help me. I wished I had went to the wicker park location they were wonderful with my last upgrade. I didn’t appreciate being told they couldn’t stay and properly service me. I will not go back there in the future.

We bought 2HTC Sensations with my wife from this store back in 2011 summer and both phones ended up having a lot of defects. We changed one of them with another HTC Sensation but after a week same problems occured. I went online and checked forums to see whether these problems are common for other HTC Sensation users and apparently most of them were not. Obviously this store sold us defective phones and when I called the T-mobile customer service they suggested me to contact HTC directly(even though it hadn’t been more than 3 weeks since we bought them) and they didn’t offer any change or refund. I mean, how can both phones(3 phones) have that many problems in only 3 weeks? There is something funky about this store.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My bf and I went to get him a new phone bc he was due for an upgrade anyways… They ended up charging us 329.99 with a 50 $ rebate for the new Samsung galaxy s3. I find out later that day that the phone was on sale with full upgrade at target and bestbuy mobile. Of course I go back to this store the next day to try to get my money back, but they say they can’t price match at all. And that I have to wait on the phone for the loyalty dept to «try» to get a credit back or something. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they will not want to keep the sale at their store… Their service sucks!!! I feel jipped and they won’t do anything to make me happy. Whatever happened to putting the customer first? I understand there may be situations where the customer may be wrong, but come on! It is absolutely reasonable to ask for a refund if they are selling it way cheaper at an authorized«t-mobile» dealer!!! Now I gotta wait on the phone for god knows who long and attempt to get my money back!!! T-mobile, you suck!!!

Ahh… cell phone stores. Yet another lie, yet another rip off. They say they must have told me about the $ 200 cancellation fee on my «contract». Well, they didn’t, and instead they insist they did, and«why yes sir, we can get the contract, oh… sorry its at the storage facility, we’ll have it in 7 – 10 business days.» I’m sure it’ll come back with some tiny lettering mentioning a $ 200 cancellation fee for my «contract» that gives me nothing, no phone, no discounts, just phone service. Oh well, I recommend going someplace else where they don’t mislead the customers and lie afterwards. Oh, and to add insult to injury when I got this contract(I had been on pay as you go for years) the woman said I was using nearly 5 gigs a month. I doubted this, but got the 5 gig a month data plan to see what I was using after a few months. 0.51 gigs a month. Lie often? oh yes. addendum. So, they called me back, turns out I didn’t sign s*&t. The guys working there just lied to me. The manager was very very apologetic but she should be, her employees treated me like an idiot and it turned out I was actually ripped off. Again, 1 star because they aren’t flesh eating zombies. Otherwise it’d be zero.
