The computer was down when I tried to pay with my credit card. The cashier had enough nerve to tell me that I could go walk to an ATM to pay for the pizza. Pretty ridiculous that I should have to pay a ATM fee to take out money to pay for the pizza. Nevertheless they didn’t even give me the pizza. I left the store pissed off as hell. What type of customer service is that? The system wasn’t working, therefore I can’t eat the food I ordered? They would rather throw the pizza away than have a customer eat it? I won’t be back

Taylor Made makes incredibly good pizza. Fresh ingredients and good sauce. What earns it 2 stars is ordering for delivery. They don’t have a functional online order system, so you have to call. We know better than to order at peak hours. But, on a Sunday afternoon, around 2, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up, called back, and was«asked» to hold again. I said no & the young lady rudely told me that there were other customers ahead of me, then clicked the hold button again. Since this has happened on more than 3 occasions, I hung up & ordered from a competitor.

My Boyfriend and I ordered delivery last night for dinner. We called in and a young woman took our order, she was very cheerful and took very well to our specific instructions! No complaints! I should mention that I have a strict food restriction. I’m a vegetarian and it was nice not having to worry about anything! Kudos to the young woman who took our order, everything was great! Our order consisted of: Mozzarella Sticks 18″ Pizza — Half Pepperoni /Half Spinach & Jalapeño Baked Gnocchi Eggplant Plant Parmagiana over Spaghetti Living in the area, the food didn’t take too long to be delivered. Everything was really good! Oh and I should mention, BONUS: Our leftovers are even better the next day! This was not our first time ordering from Taylor Made Pizza, my Boyfriend is actually a big fan of the place and I have to say that it is definitely growing on me! I would definitely order from this place again and even recommend that you try it for yourself!

the pizza was okay. i ordered a vegetarian stuffed crust from the online menu and added pepperoni. its 14.49 plus one dollar for stuffed crust plus 1.75 for pepperoni. total should come out to 17.25 plus tax… we got charged 20.99 for the pizza because they charged us for each ingredient already on the vegetarian plus an extra ingredient we didn’t order. the person behind the counter wouldn’t even listen to me saying that i must be mistaken. well check your website

I placed an order for delivery at 6:48 or so today. It is now almost 2 hours later,(8:37 currently) and the food is not here. I called close to 8 since I was told it would be an hour or so when I would get my food. The girl who took my order apologized and said the delivery guy took an order out and did not return and said she would contact him and then hung up. Um, okay… a half hour goes by and I call back to cancel the order. She seemed somewhat understanding, but I said to give me back my money and not to worry about the food. She then says she would void it and I can keep the food since the food is out for delivery, and then hangs up the phone. Apparently they are using a new delivery service. WOW! Close to 2 hours to delivery a meal? Really? I won’t be ordering from here again.

This place is amongst my top 3 favorite pizza places. I probably order from this place way too often in one month. I love that they put seasoning in their pizza and am in love with their mozz sticks! Each time I’ve ordered I’ve had great customer experience, except for one night where I ended up speaking to the manger due to the delivery boy’s rudeness. Despite that incident, this place ALWAYS delivers! I love that I can also order late when me and my family decide to have a last minute movie night or I’m just too tired to cook after work.

College students assemble. Taylor made pizza has huge portions, not too far from campus, and cheap, great, greasy pizza that’ll contribute to your freshman 15. $ 5.50 for 2 huge slices and a pop isn’t something I would argue against. Plus, the staff is friendly and approachable. They’ve got some good desserts and aside from pizza, the rest of their menu is a bit pricy but who really cares? It’s some good Italian food.

Great pizza, the hubby and I love the stuffed cheese pizza! However, I ordered from Grubhub, and have no problem tipping but when the delivery guy asks, «Would you like to leave a tip?» I consider that unprofessional and downright crass. Is that apart of the job description???

Ask for a slice and they give you two. Its a pleasant surprise. However, they recently increased their prices. For thin crust pizza, the pizza is pretty average. They do not have the unique toppings Big G’s down the street carries. I have not had anything else on the menu and my rating may change after eating more.

Ive been going to this establishment for 4 years now. The slices are big and are always fresh. Had the fried ravioli today very tasty. The raviolis are not delicate at all, very sturdy pieces soaking in marinara sauce. Yum!

This place is conveniently open late, but that is the lone redeeming aspect of it. All the discomfort of having to finish an incredibly bad slice of homemade pizza… made by your Irish friend’s Mom.

So this pizza was okay I guess when it arrived, meaning it was edible and I was hungry. And I am happy we had a coupon as well, since there wasn’t a ton of flavoring or spices packed in this food… Not really sure why? I feel like it is hard to mess up melted cheese and carbs, but when you aren’t excited to eat the leftovers – and day old pizza I actually find one of the most amazing things in life! so versatile for any meal!! – you realize a place can’t be that good. We got a cheese pizza and a sausage and pepper pizza and then an appetizer combo. The pizzas were just bland, but I did appreciate that they were cut into square style slices – always makes it more fun. And the appetizer combo? Well the garlic bread wasn’t really garlic like, the mozzarella sticks were probably the best part, and the chicken tenders didn’t taste the best either. Delivery took about an hour, but the pizza did arrive hot and all that. Just where was the flavor and fun? I had high hopes…

If I could give this place a 0, I would!!! Do NOTBOTHEREATINGATTHISHELLHOLE! The food is okay, but the service is whack as HELL. I honestly think 2 of the girls who work there are racist as well as their contractor. I have sat down, watched, and experienced how they treated me and others versus«others». I am one of the first people who hate to say someone is a racist as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt aaaaall the time and try to see good in them, but at the same time, I am far from naïve when it comes to that. Furthermore, on Monday, March 23rd, I opened the door to order food and was immediately yelled at and cursed out by a contractor who was inside painting. I was talked to soooo inappropriately as if I had rudely said something, stepped a whole foot in the door, or made him spill his paint. Hence, he was nowhere near the reach of the door. In the middle of me opening the door and trying to quickly ask a question, the guy quickly hopped off of his ladder and shoved the door closed on me. I swear, if I did not know any better, I would have hit him with a quick combo and popped out the stun gun on him, because I IMMEDIATELY felt threatened by him from the way he approached me for just simply opening the door. If they were closed for«maintenance», why not LOCKTHEDAMNDOORASSHOLE(and that’s the nicest name I can come up with for him)!!! The hell is wrong with y’all!!!

This is a small dive pizza place with the best deal around. For under $ 5 you can get two slices and even a drink.

I really don’t know what’s so great about the pizza at this place. You pay just under $ 5 for one fourth of a pizza that tastes like high school cafeteria pizza. It is so oily that if you place a paper towel on top of the pizza, it will be soaked with oil(all Pizzas are oily… but not to this extent). Papa Johns is right across the street and you can get a large pizza for $ 8. The service is really nice though, the owner is very cool/laid back too. He gives you discounts when they are about to close so he doesn’t have to toss the pizza. There are others who do like the pizza, but seeing how this place has 3⁄5 stars on Unilocal,it’s average overall. My favorite thing about this place is when they gave out free Pizzas at the beginning of my freshmen year(2010). Other than that, I only got it when I had no other choice.

I really wanted to hate this place, and I pretty much did. Oh oh, see what I did there? Seriously though, Taylor Made has a thing for overloading homes with menus to the point that I almost didn’t want to try them because I was sick of them before even ordering from there. I need to be on their payroll because I’m sure that person is making bank with as often as they’re out there distributing said menus, especially since they always end up in the recycling anyhow. Must be nice to be able to throw away money like that. I should have made an executive decision and ordered Phil’s, but I was kind of curious and one of their coupons included mozzarella sticks for free, so Taylor Made it was. Bad. Bad bad bad. You know how I know it was bad? I was drunk and still coherent enough to complain. Little known fact(that is somehow mentioned in many reviews), almost all food is created equal in my drunk eyes and therefore by default, is delicious. The cheese wasn’t dark enough(in fact the whole pizza seemed undercooked), the sauce was really sweet, the crust was doughy and bland and the ingredients were minimal. C’mon, this isn’t NY! We’re better than that. I actually forgot we ordered giardiniera on it until many bites later when I heard a crunch. Even still, most pizza that isn’t so good hot is at least decent cold, right? No, apparently not. I had a piece for breakfast 2 days later and it was awful. Oh, and those mozzarella sticks that are normally $ 5? Pass. Tasted and looked exactly like frozen ones from the store. Phil’s is still my go-to pizza in the area, even if I’ll never live a Phil’s pizza related incident down. I’m sure I’ll give Taylor Made another shot at some point, but not for quite awhile.

So after Taylor Made has been leaving menus rubber banded to my gate like every damn week since moving to the area, I finally decided to give them a try. I’m getting tired of throwing their menus away. All I need is one menu, you dopes. And what do they give me attached to my pizza box when it arrived? Another menu. Argh! Calling their pizza average would be generous. The crust is NOT crispy, and tastes like that boxed pizza crust mix you can get at the store. They seem to gyp you on ingredients too. If I were to order from here again, I’d definitely ask them to cook my pizza longer so that the crust tastes like crust instead of doughy bread. «If» being the operative word. I pretty much would rather order from Roasti’s or Bacci. I’ve been hoping to find a good pizza joint in this area(besides Phil’s). But this place just ain’t it.

Seriously, where was this place when I went to college around here? Just under $ 5 for a slice(which was essentially two slices because of how big it was… they literally cut the pizza slice in half to make it manageable) and a pop/drink. This would have been a staple in my college haydays. The quality is okay, and if you’re looking for some easy pizza to down, fits the bill. Verdict: No longer a student, I probably won’t come back unless I“m looking for a quick/cheap bite. Yes, I’m still that cheap. It’s good to be frugal.
