Wingz It Iz

Everything is made to order which is great but I was expecting something else. I was looking to get a fried wing smothered in some type of sauce like traditional buffalo or teriyaki wings. What I got was a fried wing with seasoning sprinkled on top of it. The mild sauce was a disgrace to Chicago’s Mild sauce as it was just a spicy barbecue sauce. However now that I know what to expect I would visit again as the wings were fried to perfection, really crispy with a fluffiness to them.

Great customer service. The garlic seasoned wings are my favorite. I also like the wedges. Called my order in and it was ready when I got there.

You want good food and great customer service? ‘Wingz It Is’ is a terrific choice! Nice crunchy chicken with a variety of flavors to choose from that will satisfy anyone’s taste buds. Tilapia is pretty good to. Not to mention the fries are the bomb. Very reasonable prices and very customer friendly. My family loves this place. I would recommend this place to anybody!!! Uhmm mmmm good

Honestly this was one of my favorite places to go. After today I would never step foot in this establishment again. I purchased to orders of wings. After my 20 minute drive home I discover the wings are so little there’s barely room for error in their preparation. Once I bit into them it was like chewing a potato chip. I then called to speak with the manager he wasn’t there. So the person who answered asked how can I help. I began to explain he interrupted to say «he knew so he told» that’s where I stopped him to explain let me finish. I explained I’m not looking for a refund and no I don’t want any more food. So apparently I may have cursed in my explanation and he acted as if I cursed at him and began to get louder. Now I may have said a word or two I really don’t recall but in no way did I direct this at him I was simply giving my discretion of the food. As well as letting him know I understand you can’t pick the size of the wing and I realized they tried to put in more. But the cook should know better than to cook wings of that size the same amount of time as larger ones. When the meat on the outside is just as hard as the inside there’s a problem. So he began to talk as if I had completely cursed him out and speak I’ll of him which at $ 18 for wings that were garbage maybe u should have been. I let him know ofcourse if i used a curse in my description and he was offended I’m sorry. But there was no need for him to say anything defensive my call was to inform them of my disappointment in what had been served. I for one held this place to a different standard than the average wing joint and this food was unacceptable and no need for an apology or offer of more food. After this phone call I won’t be spending my money here again.

Honestly I chose this place, because the pricing was cheap! I called in to place an order of 100 wings and I was honestly extremely undecided. The young man who answered the phone was sooooooooooooo patient I kept apologizing and he kept saying not needed. Finally I decided to do 25 garlic, 25 Mild and 75 Plain. These wings were GREAT! The Garlic wings are truly something special I just cant believe I just found this place. I am writing this review to say you don’t have to be at a fancy location to get 5 star quality and service.

I’ve been here about 5 times and I must say the wings here are fantastic! I always get the BBQ wings and have them put garlic in it too. Our orders have always been correct, hot, and delicious. The staff here is pretty friendly too, and I’ve never seen it crowded which is a plus. If you walk in and order expect to wait 15 minutes. Call in if you’re in a rush or don’t feel like waiting.
Did I mention their banana pudding? It’s AWESOME and it’s only $ 2.50! Definitely worth a shot if you like banana pudding.
