I usually come here to get ice cream for family, but on this occasion they made these huge sundaes when i told them i needed lids to go! They then attempted to cram my sundea sideways into a paper sack, destroying the top of the sundea, very unorganized, and unprepared for a to go order! I told the girl not to put tops on them, she did anyway! So i took my sloppy beat up sundeas home to eat only to find out that i got cappuccino icecream instead of chocolate, so disappointing! This place is a joke!

We went today to get a fun treat with our little person on a super hot afternoon. It was not fun. Firstly it was not air conditioned to a comfortable temperature, we were sweating uncomfortably as soon as we walked in. And secondly the staff member was completely uninterested. She either barked («there’s no bathroom») or grunted («what?») all with a scowl on her face. Not ideal for a family outing. Next time we’ll go back to our old favorites: Powell’s or Shuberts.

Ordered a birthday cake from their book a week ago. Picked it up today and it looked nothing like the picture. They essentially slapped a couple plastic toys on top of a plain cake. Extremely disappointed and asked for a refund. Could have got this at Safeway for half the price.
