I hired this company to clean a filthy apartment and had to pay before work was done. Cleaning was good but carpet cleaning was horrible. Company would not call me back to discuss, just took my money and was done with me. They left dog poop on the carpet after saleman told me the carpets would be so clean you could put a baby down on them. Office staff is nice but workers were lazy and owner would not call me back to discuss. Am disputing my credit card charge for carpet cleaning. Don’t use.

Absolutely awful experience. Cleaning, windows and carpets, I tried all three. Cleaning was mediocre at best. Windows they had to re do. I am an idiot and had them clean the carpets thinking there had just been a few glitches. OWNER did the work and it was awful. Completely saturated the carpet and it took days to dry. Had to call a different company to come fix the problem. Terrible experience. Call someone else.

They charge 300 dollars to clean and seal tile and carpet. But don’t move the furniture at all. So it is 300 to clean the 10 square feet of carpet not covered in furniture. Which is the minimum price. We have a 1000 square foot house. I assumed that large price tag included moving furniture and doing a good job. But no it is half baked at best. I’m better off just buying my own carpet cleaner at home depot and having my husband do it. Did I mention I’m 9 months pregnant and obviously can’t move the furniture. I should have thought to ask. But wow I’m mad. We can’t tell them to go away never mind, because they will charge us 150 for showing up. The floors they do clean better be spotless, we will see.
